  3. 'You know De Bruyne is capable'published at 21:42 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Juventus 2-0 Manchester City

    Pat Nevin
Former Chelsea winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

The quality hasn't been there with Kevin de Bruyne most of the time tonight.

You know he's capable that's the thing.

He only needs one moment to put it in the top corner.

Man City are going through the same as Liverpool under Klopp. The tide will turn unfortunately but let's all enjoy the suffering for now.

  8. 'Havertz puts the goalkeeper under all sorts of pressure'published at 21:40 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Arsenal 2-0 Monaco

    Ally McCoist
Former Rangers striker on TNT Sports

Saka is quite right to celebrate the goal but the first thing he should do is acknowledge Havertz. The goalkeeper isn't confident, Havertz puts him under all sorts of pressure and forces the mistake.

The defender has to play it up the park but then as soon as the goalkeeper takes a step back he invites the pressure. Saka won't care.

  9. Postpublished at 21:39 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Juventus 2-0 Manchester City

Juventus captain Danilo has attempted six tackles in this game, more than any other player. The Brazilian played for City between 2017 and 2019 before going in part-exchange for Joao Cancelo.

  10. City are cut wide openpublished at 21:38 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Juventus 2-0 Man City

    Nedum Onuoha
Former Manchester City defender on MOTD: UEFA Champions League

The more times you watch that second Juve goal, the worse it gets for City. Yes, they were chasing an equaliser but they were cut wide open when they lost the ball.

It took a good ball in the first place, and then a good finish, but it was such poor defending and you could see it coming as soon as they lost possession.

You can hear more from Onuoha on MOTD: Uefa Champions League at 22:40 BST on BBC One and the BBC Sport website and app.

  11. goal

GOAL - Arsenal 2-0 Monacopublished at 78 mins

    Bukayo Saka

    That will settle the nerves.

Monaco concede again and it's all their own fault. Mohammed Salisu, inside his own six-yard box, tries to knock the ball back to Radoslaw Majecki.

But the keeper doesn't want it there, he's instantly put under pressure by Kai Havertz and the ball drops invitingly for Bukayo Saka and he does the rest for his and Arsenal's second of the night.

@AaroninStow on X: Pep Guardiola losing it at City. They know they are going down. At least SAF was successful until the end of his reign.

  17. 'What a finish'published at 21:36 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Juventus 2-0 Manchester City

    Pat Nevin
Former Chelsea winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

It looks offside but it isn't because Dias is playing him on I think on the near side but there's no reason for him to do that.

What a finish by McKennie, absolutely brilliant. Very similar to the hooked shot we saw earlier from Gatti earlier on when he broke up there which lead to the first one.

  18. Postpublished at 21:36 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Juventus 2-0 Manchester City

Manchester City are below Celtic in the table. Fifteen places below Brest.

Bernardo Silva tries to find Erling Haaland in the box but the ball runs through to the Juventus keeper.

  20. Postpublished at 21:34 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Arsenal 1-0 Monaco

Arsenal with a two-on-one opportunity as Leandro Trossard and Martin Odegaard charge forwards, but it is either poor from Trossard or excellent from former Southampton centre-half Mohammed Salisu as he makes a vital block to stop the ball getting to the Gunners captain.
