  1. GREAT SAVE!published at 19:47 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Brentford 0-0 Man City

Ahhh it's great play again, this Brentford team are really something to watch when they get it right. Mikkel Damsgaard is too sharp in the middle and frees Bryan Mbeumo on the right, he runs at the City defence, is unwisely allowed to come inside and he hits a low shot that Stefan Ortega saves really well.

Absolutely fantastic from Jackson! Maresca just said it's not all about his goals and my does that back him up... Brilliant

    Chelsea 1-0 Bournemouth

Lewis Cook takes Bournemouth's first corner of the game and it's poor. Doesn't beat the first man and Chelsea can get back into shape.

  4. Postpublished at 19:45 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Brentford 0-0 Man City

I feel like I'm going to say these two names a lot tonight - Bryan Mbeumo crosses in on the bounce and Yoane Wissa is very, very close to meeting it for a volley in the middle.

City don't know where to look. Mbeumo and Wissa cost less than £15m combined. Great business.

  5. 'Palmer makes no mistake'published at 19:44 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Chelsea 1-0 Bournemouth

    Glenn Murray
Former Brighton striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

This time Cole Palmer makes no mistake. Once he is played through by Nicolas Jackson he feints to shoot and sits Mark Travers down before rolling it into an empty net. 1-0 Chelsea and it's that man again.

  6. Postpublished at 19:44 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    West Ham 0-0 Fulham

It looks like Harry Wilson is hungry for a goal tonight.

The Fulham winger cuts in from the right and pulls the trigger from distance, but his strike is high and wide of the West Ham goal.

  7. Postpublished at 19:43 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Brentford 0-0 Man City

Bryan Mbeumo picks the ball up deep and runs at the Manchester City backline and as we know of late, they do not like that. Mateo Kovacic trips him up.

  8. goal

GOAL - Chelsea 1-0 Bournemouthpublished at 19:42 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Cole Palmer (12 mins)

    Who else?

Nicolas Jackson does brilliantly to hold up the ball and wait for Cole Palmer to make his run. He does so and times it to perfection before sitting Mark Travers down and slotting with ease. What a player.

  9. 'Your squad is so good you can't help but tinker'published at 19:41 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Chelsea 0-0 Bournemouth

    Glenn Murray
Former Brighton striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

When you are Enzo Maresca your squad is so good you can't help but tinker with your attacking options. You look at the bench tonight, Pedro Neto, Joao Felix, Christopher Nkunku, it is neverending. If you have one off game their is a chance that the manager picks someone else.

  10. 'Forest happy for opposition to have the ball'published at 19:40 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

Nottingham Forest v Liverpool (20:00 GMT)

On the key factors behind Forest's success this season:

Nottingham Forest are very defensive minded. They are happy for the opposition to have the ball, they have only dominated possession in four of their games so far this season. And goalkeeper Matz Sels is enjoying one of those seasons you can only dream of having.

  11. Postpublished at 19:40 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Chelsea 0-0 Bournemouth

Chelsea look good when coming forward as they break through Jadon Sancho. He lays it back for Cole Palmer but his chipped shot/cross drifts out of play.

He's already in the thick of it.

  12. Postpublished at 19:40 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Brentford 0-0 Man City

It's a genuine back three tonight for City by the way, with Savinho playing very wide on the left and Matheus Nunes on the right.

Josko Gvardiol - one of those three - has a shot from range but can't find any power.

  13. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 19:39 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    West Ham 0-0 Fulham

Fulham are almost rewarded for their good start.

Antonee Robinson takes a quick throw-in towards Alex Iwobi, who crosses it into the middle.

Harry Wilson arrives to volley it but his effort is denied by the crossbar.

Cheap shot by Cucurella. He should be sent off for that and I'm a Chelsea fan!

Liz Tray: I like those moments in football, usually before a match starts, when everyone remembers they're a human being (before the swearing and anger/joy starts) and behaves decently. To that end, thank you Brentford for the tribute to Tony Book. Very classy indeed.

  16. CLOSE!published at 19:38 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Brentford 0-0 Man City

Lovely slick play from Brentford! They work the ball through midfield well to that man Yoane Wissa on the left of the area, he looks to shoot and goes for a low one at the near post but drags it wide.

Wissa and Mbeumo - where will they be playing next season?

  17. How long will Lavia last?published at 19:37 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Chelsea 0-0 Bournemouth

    Nizaar Kinsella
    BBC Sport football news reporter

The age old question when it comes to either Romeo Lavia, or indeed Reece James, is how long will they last.

Lavia is starting in midfield but James is on the bench with Moises Caicedo at right-back.

They both need to limit their minutes as they keep rebuilding their fitness from injuries and setbacks.

The medical staff will likely have asked Enzo Maresca to substitute him by a certain minute - as they both completed 45 minutes on their return to action on Saturday against Morecambe.

  18. Postpublished at 19:37 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Chelsea 0-0 Bournemouth

It's Cole Palmer who has a go but it's straight into the hands of Mark Travers. Easy as you like for the goalkeeper.

  19. Postpublished at 19:36 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Brentford 0-0 Man City

Almost - Brentford's first attack sees Mads Roerslev power down the right and pick out Yoane Wissa on the edge of the area, his first-time lay-off was intended for Bryan Mbeumo but for once the partnership don't quite link up.

The Bees do have a corner though.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, it's Fulham who have started the game at London Stadium on the front foot.

But West Ham have managed to keep them at bay in the first five minutes of this derby.
