  1. 'Poor marking from Brighton'published at 16:08 British Summer Time

    Brighton 1-1 West Ham

    Ashley Williams
Former Wales defender on Final Score

West Ham needed something after not doing much in the first half and Mohammed Kudus has found it.

It was poor marking from Brighton, they didn't pick up the run of Kudus and fair play he has put it in the one place the keeper didn't think he would.

Grabbed a pint at half time because I really need one after a crazy half of football at St. James'. Not sure if I feel sorry for Ipswich or not! They did a good job of quieting us down, but then they went and gave us an excuse to get excited again. I have no idea how the second half will pan out, I really don’t. I’ll tell you what, though, it’s not boring. Frustrating, perplexing and a bit mental, but definitely not dull!

GOAL - Brighton 1-1 West Hampublished at 16:06 British Summer Time

    Mohammed Kudus (48 mins)

    West Ham are level!

Jarrod Bowen threads the ball through a pile of Brighton defenders and the ball somehow filters through to Mohammed Kudus, who slams home from the edge of the six-yard box.

    Questionable defending from the Seagulls.

  6. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:05 British Summer Time

    Brighton 1-0 West Ham

An early chance for Brighton as Simon Adingra fizzes a ball across the face of goal, but there's no blue and white shirts in there to tap home.

By the way, Graham Potter made a change at half-time - replacing James Ward-Prowse with Niclas Fullkrug.

  7. KICK-OFFpublished at 16:04 British Summer Time

    Southampton 1-0 Fulham

Double change for Fulham, who have just got the second half under way, Adama Traore is on for Andreas Pereira and Sasa Lukic has replaced Sander Berge.

  8. 'It is important to take things game by game'published at 16:02 British Summer Time

    FT: Chelsea 1-0 Everton

    Chelsea

Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca to BBC Match of the Day: "It is important to take things game by game and control the emotions. At the end of the season we will see."

On not getting the second goal: "It has happened a lot this season. We have not scored goals to kill the game. Second half we dropped a little bit but overall we deserved to win."

On Nicolas Jackson's first goal since December: "He needs that, Cole [Palmer] needs that too and I have no doubt Cole will do the same soon".

On Robert Sanchez: "He made big saves. He deserves the support from us and the club. We are here for Robert".

  9. KICK-OFFpublished at 16:02 British Summer Time

    Brighton 1-0 West Ham

Play is back under way at the Amex.

  10. 'We were just lacking quality'published at 16:02 British Summer Time

    FT: Chelsea 1-0 Everton

    Everton

Everton boss David Moyes to BBC Match of the Day: "We were perhaps fortunate to only be 1-0 at half-time but we stuck at it, grew into the game and played very well in the second half. We were just lacking quality to get a finish on the end of some of our play.

"The subs made a big difference. It looked like we had more energy and were more creative."

On Beto being dispossessed for the goal: "You see it in football all the time. We played the ball into the centre-forward's feet, he does not retain possession and the opposition go on and score.

"We don't accept it but the modern game sees lots of players do it. We are trying to play better and these are the things we need to be better at".

We have been the better team and deserve to be ahead, but I can't quite understand how that's a penalty when Johnson had much more contact but was initally booked for simulation.

Two red cards in two games. How costly has ill-discipline been for Ipswich recently?

Unless they can turn it around and somehow get a win against Newcastle, their relegation to the Championship will be confirmed this afternoon.

    HT: Southampton 1-0 Fulham

Fulham had 60% possession and 10 shots in the first half but are yet to test Southampton keeper Aaron Ramsdale.

Marco Silva's side need to change that if they are to avoid a third loss on the spin.

A sprinkling of magic from Swede Yasin Ayari is the difference.

One Brighton player who has copped a bit of criticism in recent weeks is Lewis Dunk, but he’s been excellent in that first half. His positioning has been spot on on a number of occasions.

  15. 'Newcastle have dominated'published at 15:56 British Summer Time

    HT: Newcastle 1-0 Ipswich

    Paul Robinson
Former England goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live at St. James' Park

A massive task for Ipswich Town. Newcastle got into the game and they got a foothold. They have dominated possession and it was only a matter of time when Newcastle would score.

That was Alexander Isak's 22nd goal in the Premier League this season and it moves him above Erling Haaland in the top goalscorers chart.

    Newcastle 0-0 Ipswich

Alexander Isak's penalty proves the difference at half-time.

  18. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:52 British Summer Time

    Wolves 1-0 Leicester

Poor effort from Matheus Cunha, straight into the wall.

But the Brazilian forward has scored the only goal of the game so far and Wolves have been dominant.

Vitor Pereira's side are halfway to a sixth straight win.

  19. Postpublished at 15:51 British Summer Time

    Wolves 1-0 Leicester

Rayan Ait-Nouri is tripped by Jamie Vardy and Wolves have a free-kick 25 yards out right at the end of the first half.

It's a very dangerous position and no surprise to see Matheus Cunha lining it up...

    Paul Robinson
