    FT: Sturm Graz 2-1 Rangers

    Alan Hutton
Former Rangers defender on TNT Sports

Rangers can't continue this way, if I'm honest.

This is unheard of for a Rangers team. It's the manner of the way they are conceding.

And when they go forward, the cohesion isn't quite there.

Old Firm fans, does Mark have a point?

If you don't laugh, you'll cry etc etc.

I've seen some things in Scottish football in my time, but I genuinely can't think of a time when the only thing Celtic/Rangers fans have to smile about is how bad the other one is.

How on earth do you start in trying to fathom the past three months at Rangers?

    Wayne

It beggars belief that a club like Rangers employ a manager with no European experience and a track record like Martin has.

    FT: Sturm Graz 2-1 Rangers

A few months ago, Rangers were playing in the last eight of the Europa League. This team feels a million miles away from being capable of reaching that stage.

Under Philippe Clement last season, they beat Malmo and Nice away. They drew at home to eventual winners Tottenham and were seconds away from a point at finalists Manchester United.

During Barry Ferguson's interim spell, his team dumped out Jose Mourinho's Fenerbahce in the last 16 before running Athletic Bilbao close in the quarters.

That feels like a long time ago now.

Plenty of signs of encouragement for the Dons, but they were ultimately outclassed by a ruthless Shakhtar side.

    Four minutes added at Pittodrie.

Goalkeeper Dmytro Riznyk is caught on his heels as he scrambles to deal with a risky back pass but manages to win a free-kick to relieve the pressure on his side.

    An interesting decision that one...

Four minutes added in Graz as James Tavernier's heavy pass goes out.

There could be one more chance in this for Rangers.

  15. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:48 BST 2 October

    Sturm Graz 2-1 Rangers

Wow, what a save from Graz keeper Oliver Christensen, who reacts superbly to parry over a John Souttar strike at close range.

Was there a handball from the home defence in the lead-up to that? Hmm, not enough for VAR to get involved.

    Aberdeen 2-3 Shakhtar Donetsk

Aberdeen are showing the energy and intensity they've lacked so far this season.

Nicky Devlin drives down the right-hand side, but his final touch lets him down as he pokes it over the byeline.
