We don't seem to fear anybody at the moment, it's been a solid start so far.

    QPR 0-0 Blackburn

Nice bit of play from QPR as Paul Smyth pings the ball from the right side into the path of an onrushing Michael Frey...

...but it's a comfortable scoop up for Aynsley Pears, the Blackburn keeper, who timed his charge well.

With the transfer window now closed for the season we're asking which bit of EFL business has stood out most to you?

Sunderland's loan acquisition of Enzo Le Fee from Roma looks to have been a canny bit of work, as the Frenchman dazzled in their derby win at Middlesbrough last night.

Are you pleased with the work your team did before the window (slammed) shut at 23:00 GMT last night?

  5. Two big games in League Twopublished at 19:41 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

Newport v Morecambe; Salford v Bromley (both 19:45 GMT)

    League Two table

Two important games in the fourth tier tonight that we'll keep you updated on.

Karl Robinson's Salford City can close in on the play-off spots if they can win at home to mid-table Bromley.

And there's a massive meeting at the bottom as Morecambe can climb out of the relegation zone with victory at one of the teams they'll be hoping to drag into trouble, Newport County.

  6. Three changes for QPR; Rovers unchangedpublished at 19:38 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

QPR v Blackburn Rovers (19:45 GMT)

    QPR XI

Marti Cifuentes makes three changes from the QPR side that lost away to Millwall last week, with Jimmy Dunne, Koki Saito, and Michael Frey all brought into the starting lineup.

And, unsurprisingly, John Eustace makes no changes to his Blackburn side who might just have got back into their groove after beating Preston on Friday.

There's no room for Rovers' three deadline day signings on the bench either. It would be quite the 48 hours if they were called into action that quickly.

  7. Two changes for home side, four for visitorspublished at 19:35 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Burnley v Oxford (19:45 GMT)

    Burnley XI

Burnley boss Scott Parker makes two changes from the XI who started the 0-0 draw at Portsmouth on Saturday. Bashir Humphreys and Hannibal Mejbri are in for Lucas Pires and Jeremy Sarmiento.

Marcus Edwards, a deadline-day loan signing from Portuguese top-flight side Sporting, is on the bench.

Oxford boss Gary Rowett makes four changes from the side that started the draw with Bristol City. Sam Long is in in defence, Tyler Goodrham and Alex Matos start in midfield and Tom Bradshaw is in up front.

A revival of fortunes for QPR seems to have turned sour, after their fantastic recent form gave way to two consecutive defeats; a loss to Blackburn tonight would be a third.

But for all the negativity, Marti Cifuentes’ side are still within spitting distance of the top six and know that a win would take them to within three points of those play-off places.

Blackburn, on the other hand, halted a three-game losing streak with a win over Preston last week, and strengthened their bid to finish in the play-offs by making three signings on transfer deadline day.

It’s a real mixed bag of results for both sides, and truthfully a good illustration of just how tight the Championship table is right now…try just eight points separating fifth from 16th.

Both of these sides come into tonight's game with hugely impressive unbeaten runs to protect.

Third-placed Burnley last tasted defeat in the league all the way back on 3 November when they lost at Millwall.

Visitors Oxford have performed superbly since Gary Rowett took over from Des Buckingham and are unbeaten in nine Championship matches.

Scott Parker's Clarets boast a ludicrously tight defence, with just nine goals conceded from 30 matches this season.

However, they've fired blanks themselves in drawing five of their past seven league games 0-0 and too many dropped points could see Leeds and second-placed Sheffield United pull away from the Lancastrians.

  10. The state of play in the Championshippublished at 19:25 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February

    Championship table

This is the last time for quite some time that all the teams in the Championship will have played the same number of games so let's take a look at how the second tier is shaping up.

Table-topping Leeds travel to Coventry tomorrow and could stretch their lead over third-placed Burnley to eight points if the Lancashire side's 17-match unbeaten run is ended by Oxford this evening.

Blackburn can improve their play-off hopes with a win at mid-table QPR tonight.

All of this week's midweek Championship games have been moved forward from this weekend because of FA Cup fourth-round commitments.

Second-placed Sheffield United and fourth-placed Sunderland, who are in league action on Saturday, will be hoping for slip-ups from the Whites and Clarets.

Amid all the other... excitement last night there was actually a Championship match, and an excellent one at that.

Play-off hopefuls Middlesbrough welcomed their promotion-chasing near(ish) neighbours Sunderland for a Tees-Wear tussle that did not disappoint.

The home side took an early lead through Delano Burgzorg's cool finish but the away team fought back through strikes from Dan Neil and Wilson Isidor.

Hayden Hackney's fine strike levelled matters up once more but Ryan Giles put a late Enzo Le Fee cross into his own net to give Sunderland the points and spoils.

Regis Le Bris' men stay fourth but are just three points off second, while Michael Carrick's Boro, who have lost three of their past four, remain seventh.
