  1. Postpublished at 16:20 British Summer Time 31 August

    Hibernian 0-0 St Mirren

Hibs goalkeeper Jordan Smith launches the ball straight over the St Mirren defence for Martin Boyle to chase, but opposite number Shamal George is alive to the danger.

That's not the first time he's done it. It's as counter-attacking as it gets.

  2. Lazetic handed Dons debutpublished at 16:17 British Summer Time 31 August

    Aberdeen 0-0 Falkirk

    Tyrone Smith
    BBC Scotland at Pittodrie

Aberdeen have just introduced their new signing from AC Milan , striker Marko Lazetic, off the bench.

It will be interesting to see if he can provide the cutting edge that they have been lacking so far this season.

Dante Polvara is the man to make way.

  3. Postpublished at 16:16 British Summer Time 31 August

    Aberdeen 0-0 Falkirk

It's another chance for Falkirk as midfielder Brad Spencer fires one from outside of the box into the hands of goalkeeper Dimitar Mitov.

  4. Double Dons changepublished at 16:14 British Summer Time 31 August

    Aberdeen 0-0 Falkirk

Two more changes for the hosts.

Graeme Shinnie replaces Ante Palaversa and Adil Aouchiche comes on for Nicolas Milanovic, who had a strong first half.

Probably need to freshen up the side given they are down to 10 men on top of their European exploits in midweek.

  5. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 16:11 British Summer Time 31 August

    Hibernian 0-0 St Mirren

Early controversy in the second half at Easter Road.

The ball pinballs around from a long throw with Hibs' boots trying to direct it goalward. It breaks free and Rocky Bushiri goes after it before throwing himself down.

It's a dreadful dive from the centre-half, but he somehow avoids a booking. Incurs the wrath of the St Mirren defenders though.

  6. Postpublished at 16:10 British Summer Time 31 August

    Aberdeen 0-0 Falkirk

First big chance of the half for Falkirk as Dylan Tait has an effort saved at stretch from Dimitar Mitov after fine passes on the left from Ross MacIver and Scott Arfield.

  7. KICK-OFF SECOND HALFpublished at 16:08 British Summer Time 31 August

    Hibernian 0-0 St Mirren

We're also under way at Easter Road.

Will either side break the deadlock?

  8. Molloy on for Yengipublished at 16:05 British Summer Time 31 August

    Aberdeen 0-0 Falkirk

Dons boss Jimmy Thelin has made a change, with defender Gavin Molloy replacing striker Kusini Yengi.

No doubt a change of shape to compensate for the loss of Nicky Devlin in defence to that red card.

  9. KICK-OFF SECOND HALFpublished at 16:04 British Summer Time 31 August

    Aberdeen 0-0 Falkirk

    We're off again.

With both teams seeking their first Premiership win of the season, will it be glory for 10-man Aberdeen, or will it be John McGlynn's side who secure a first win on their return to the top flight?

  10. Hoping for better second 45published at 16:01 British Summer Time 31 August

    HT: Hibernian 0-0 St Mirren

    Brian McLauchlin
BBC Sport Scotland at Easter Road

There has been no sign of fatigue from Hibs in the first half after their European adventures, with both teams cancelling each other out.

But, other than some magic from Martin Boyle that set up Junior Hoilett and a decent save by Jordan Smith from Jonah Ayunga, it's not been a great 45 minutes.

There is plenty of talent on both benches, though, that hopefully can bring some excitement to the game in the second period. Fingers crossed!

  11. FULL-TIME Dundee 0-2 Dundee Unitedpublished at 15:58 British Summer Time 31 August

Derby day belongs to Dundee United after a dominant display from Jim Goodwin's side at Dens Park.

Goals from Zach Sapsford and Ivan Dolcek mean the Tangerines cruise to three points and earn their first league win of the season.

  12. Postpublished at 15:55 British Summer Time 31 August

    Dundee 0-2 Dundee United

Panutche Camara slips the ball through to Ivan Dolcek, who goes haring into the box with a chance to make it three, but it's cleared for a corner.

  13. HALF-TIME Hibernian 0-0 St Mirrenpublished at 15:53 British Summer Time 31 August

Goalless at the break at Easter Road, but it's a far different game to the 0-0 draw we were served up at Ibrox by the Old Firm.

Both teams have played relatively well, with real intensity and graft.

Hibs have been direct in their approach, trying to bypass the combative St Mirren midfield. They've had the better chances too. Junior Hoilett rattled the bar and Rocky Bushiri glanced wide when he should have scored.

However, this could go either way.

  14. HALF-TIME Aberdeen 0-0 Falkirkpublished at 15:51 British Summer Time 31 August

A goalless first half at Pittrodie, but not for the lack of trying.

Both teams have had some solid attempts at an opener, but no luck so far.

Nicolas Milanovic and Kusini Yengi have looked strong for Aberdeen, while Brad Spencer and Scott Arfield have looked the most dangerous for the visitors.

Of course, Nicky Devlin's red card just before the break has the hosts on the back foot.

  15. Dons boss shown yellowpublished at 15:50 British Summer Time 31 August

    Aberdeen 0-0 Falkirk

    Tyrone Smith
    BBC Scotland at Pittodrie

In terms of chances created, Aberdeen have had the better of things at Pittodrie.

But that red card for Nicky Devlin will have Falkirk believing they can emerge from the Granite City with a positive result.

The usually calm Aberdeen manager, Jimmy Thelin, was so incensed by the red card that he was received a yellow card from referee Ross Hardie.

  16. Postpublished at 15:50 British Summer Time 31 August

    Dundee 0-2 Dundee United

Into six minutes of added time at Dens.

  17. YELLOW CARD McCann (Falkirk)published at 15:49 British Summer Time 31 August

    Aberdeen 0-0 Falkirk

It's becoming an aggressive game for both sides and Falkirk defender Leon McCann goes in the book.

  18. Substitutions for bothpublished at 15:48 British Summer Time 31 August

    Dundee 0-2 Dundee United

Some late substitutions for both sides.

A triple change for Dundee - Imari Samuels, Drey Wright and Callum Jones off for Billy Koumetio, Finlay Robertson and Emile Acquah.

Zach Sapsford's off for Dario Naamo and Luca Stephenson's off for Julius Eskesen.

  19. RED CARD Devlin (Aberdeen)published at 15:46 British Summer Time 31 August

    Aberdeen 0-0 Falkirk

Aberdeen now down to 10 men after Nicky Devlin is shown a red card for a foul on Falkirk's Calvin Miller.

The defender is initially shown the yellow card for a bad foul, but following a VAR check, referee Ross Hardie upgrades it.

Coming two minutes before the break, it'll be uphill from here for the home side.

  20. Postpublished at 15:43 British Summer Time 31 August

    Dundee 0-2 Dundee United

The United fans are absolutely bouncing after that second goal!

Just over five minutes to play. Are we in for any late derby drama?

Certainly doesn't look like it and plenty of home fans are already leaving.
