  1. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:44 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Sheff Utd 2-1 Boro

Tyrese Campbell strides clean through after a defensive mix-up in the Boro backline and bears down on goal, opting not to slide to Ben Brereton-Diaz on his right but try to beat Mark Travers himself... Travers has other ideas, blocking brilliantly with his legs low to his right.

What a let-off for Boro. Will Campbell rue that miss?

  2. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:43 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Sheff Utd 2-1 Boro

What a save this is with his fingertips from Michael Cooper as Delano Burgzorg spins in the box and lashes in a rising shot which nicks off a defender on its way through.

  3. 'Luton did not really show any intent'published at 21:39 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    FT: Sunderland 2-0 Luton

    Geoff Doyle
Commentator on BBC Three Counties Radio

Luton did not really show any intent in front of goal, beaten by the better team and now rock bottom, it is difficult to see how they are going to get themselves out of the trouble they now find themselves in.

    TEN STRAIGHT CLEAN SHEETS.

For the first time ever in the second tier of English football and just the eighth time in EFL history.

It's likely not what Scott Parker and James Trafford began pre-season training dreaming off, that would be promotion, but this incredible run has made a top-two finish a very real possibility.

Bashir Humphreys' first Clarets goal inside three minutes and Zian Flemming's booming header midway through the first half were enough to seal the points and make it 19 unbeaten on a night when the Clarets showed their class.

  5. FULL-TIMEpublished at 21:38 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Swansea 0-1 Sheffield Wednesday

It's a third straight home league defeat for Swansea and a first EFL victory for Wednesday against their opponents since August 1983.

Michael Smith had only been on the field for eight minutes when he was found by Josh Windass to slot past Lawrence Vigouroux and then saw the home goalkeeper deny him a second with a good save from his header.

It was fitting Windass had a hand in the winning goal as he had looked the more likely to break the deadlock with three first half efforts.

Swansea had just one serious threat in the whole game but James Beadle easily saved Myles Peart-Harris' header.

They did have the ball in the net in injury time but Jay Fulton had already been flagged offside.

Wednesday very much in the play-off race with a big game at home to Coventry on Saturday.

  6. FULL-TIMEpublished at 21:38 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Bristol City 2-0 Stoke

Bristol City celebrate scoringImage source, PA Media

A big win for Bristol City, who had won just one of six in all competitions before this one.

Anis Mehmeti's double, an early tap-in after a flowing move and a blockbuster half-volley into the top corner 17 minutes from time, have the Robins looking at the play-off places again, rather than the bottom half, such is the crazy nature of the Championship.

Stoke City remain firmly in trouble at the wrong end of the table.

  7. FULL-TIMEpublished at 21:37 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Sunderland 2-0 Luton

Goals from Enzo Le Fee and Wilson Isidor get the job done for Sunderland, who keep up the pace in the race for automatic promotion.

Luton, meanwhile, still haven't won in 2025 and they are now bottom of the Championship.

  9. goal

GOAL: Sheff Utd 2-1 Boropublished at 21:35 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Ben Brereton Diaz (75 mins)

The Blades live up to their name...

Ben Brereton Diaz is sent clean through by an incisive pass from Sydie Peck, racing into the area and lifting the ball over Mark Travers superbly from 15-yards or so out, for an incredible goal. That's just his second touch.

  10. Postpublished at 21:34 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Swansea 0-1 Sheffield Wednesday

We are into four minutes of time added on.

Swansea aren't doing enough to give us any clue they can get back into this.

  11. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:32 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Swansea 0-1 Sheffield Wednesday

A first caution of the night goes to Sheffield Wednesday debutant Ibrahim Cissoko.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 21:32 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    West Brom 0-2 Blackburn

    More West Brom changes.

Jed Wallace replaces Isaac Price and John Swift takes the place of Alex Mowatt.

Makhtar Gueye's two goals for Blackburn tonight give him five in the league this season and seven in all competitions.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:31 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

We're into the final couple of minutes and Nathanial Chalobah replaces Svante Ingelsson for the visitors.

  14. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:31 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Burnley 2-0 Hull City

Burnley back on the attack and Lyle Foster is denied a third for the Clarets by a good save from Ivor Pandur in the Tigers goal.

  15. Postpublished at 21:29 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Sheff Utd 1-1 Boro

Ben Brereton Diaz is on for the final 25 minutes or so at Bramall Lane, in place of Jes Rak-Sakyi.

He's involved in the build-up as Tyrese Campbell's cut-back from the right is met by Sydie Peck, whose close-range shot is blocked by Rav van den Berg, who bounces up to deny Callum O'Hare's near-post effort moments later.

  16. goal

GOAL: Plymouth 5-1 Millwallpublished at 21:27 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Nikola Katic (86 mins)

    FIVE for Plymouth.

This one won't win any "goal of the month" competitions - there's a scramble after a corner from the left and defender Nikola Katic pokes it over the line from a yard out while in a seated position.

  17. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 21:27 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    West Brom 0-2 Blackburn

Straight after the second goal, Blackburn make a double change.

Todd Cantwell replaces Andreas Weimann and Amario Cozier-Duberry is on for Ryan Hedges.

  18. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:26 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Burnley 2-0 Hull City

Is the record going to end?

Tigers sub Joao Pedro draws a fingertip save from James Trafford with a shot from just inside the area while Sean McLoughlin's effort from the resulting corner is also stopped by the England keeper.

  19. 'Blackburn have their tails up'published at 21:25 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    West Brom 0-2 Blackburn

    Tony 'Bomber' Brown
West Brom's all-time leading goalscorer on BBC Radio WM

    The Hawthorns has been silenced.

Blackburn have their tails up, they are full of it.

It is going to be a big ask for Albion to get back in this now.

  20. goal

GOAL West Brom 0-2 Blackburnpublished at 21:24 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Makhtar Gueye (63 mins)

    He's got two now.

Alex Mowatt gives away the ball for West Brom and Blackburn build down the right before a cross finds Andreas Weimann who just cushions the ball back to Makhtar Gueye and he rifles in his second of the night.

But for striking the underside of the bar he might have a hat-trick in the bag.
