  1. goal

GOAL Burnley 2-0 Hull Citypublished at 20:08 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Zian Flemming (21 mins)

The Clarets are rampant... and, incredibly, it's a first goal at Turf Moor for Zian Flemming.

It owes to some wing wizardry from Jaidon Anthony, who is in the zone tonight, who works some space before standing a perfect cross up in the middle for Flemming to run in and power home with his head.

This could be another of those Burnley 5-0 games at this rate... Hull can't live with them.

  2. Owls making plenty of noisepublished at 20:07 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Swansea 0-0 Sheffield Wednesday

    Gareth Vincent
BBC Sport Wales at the Swansea.com Stadium

Sheffield Wednesday have brought a healthy away following on the long trip to south Wales - and the visiting fans are making plenty of noise early on.

On the pitch, meanwhile, the Owls have carried what little threat there has been so far, with Harry Darling's recovery tackle saving Swansea as Ike Ugbo ran into the penalty area.

Only four Championship clubs have scored more goals than Wednesday this season, and only four have scored more than the Owls.

So perhaps we can expect goals this evening.

  3. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:07 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Sheff Utd 0-0 Boro

Smart save from Boro keeper Mark Travers as Jesurun Rak-Sakyi is played through into the box before lashing a low shot across goal, only for Travers to get down lightning quick to his right to parry away his strike, with the Boro defence able to complete the clearance.

  4. Postpublished at 20:07 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Sunderland 1-0 Luton

    Sunderland-Luton stats graphic

So far so good for Sunderland, who won 2-1 at Kenilworth Road in October.

You have to go all the way back to December 1994 for Luton's most recent league win against the Black Cats.

The Hatters have been successful in the cup against tonight's opponents since then.

And, of course, Luton got the better of Sunderland over two legs in a Championship play-off semi-final in 2023.

    Sunderland are now smelling blood.

  6. CLOSE!published at 20:05 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Bristol City 1-0 Stoke

Down the other end and Max Bird drives forward for City before unleashing a powerful drive which whistles past Viktor Johansson's far post.

  7. Postpublished at 20:05 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Swansea 0-0 Sheffield Wednesday

A first shot at goal for the home side but Zan Vipotnik's spidey senses are awry and the effort is well off target.

  8. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20:03 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Bristol City 1-0 Stoke

Stoke are within inches of an equaliser at Ashton Gate as Nathan Lowe's effort from an acute angle clips the top of Max O'Leary's crossbar.

  9. Postpublished at 20:03 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Plymouth 2-0 Millwall

Millwall failed to win any of their first four league games under Alex Neil following the Scot's appointment at the end of December, but they had won three in a row in the Championship before tonight's trip to Home Park.

They'll need to score at least three times in the next 75 minutes or so if they're to going to make it four.

  10. Postpublished at 20:03 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Swansea 0-0 Sheffield Wednesday

Sheffield Wednesday captain Josh Windass lines-up a shot but his effort is wide of the target - the visitors continuing to have the better of things.

  11. KICK-OFFpublished at 20:00 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

We're under way at The Hawthorns and Bramall Lane too...

What a night of action we have in store...

  12. Postpublished at 20:00 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Sunderland 1-0 Luton

Luton are bottom of the table as it stands.

Goodness me - not many would have predicted that at the start of this season.

  13. 'Quality finish'published at 19:58 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Sunderland 1-0 Luton

    Nick Barnes
    BBC Newcastle's Sunderland commentator

    Quality goal.

Scored at a similar time to that at the weekend.

19 yards out, curled into the bottom right corner.

    Quality finish.

  14. goal

GOAL: Sunderland 1-0 Lutonpublished at 19:58 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Enzo Le Fee (13 mins)

Super goal from Enzo Le Fee and it's a first for Sunderland for the man on loan from Roma.

He cuts in from the left and sends a shot into the opposite corner from the edge of the box.

  15. goal

GOAL Bristol City 1-0 Stokepublished at 19:57 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Anis Mehmeti (11 mins)

Slick as you like, the Robins lead...

City work the ball from the left touchline all the way across before a ball is slipped through the defence on the right of the box for Mark Sykes who slides a perfect ball into the middle for Anis Mehmeti to score from close-range.

    Incisive.

  16. Postpublished at 19:57 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Swansea 0-0 Sheffield Wednesday

Sheffield Wednesday are seeing plenty of the ball in the early stages - 72% possession so far - but nothing to test home goalkeeper Lawrence Vigouroux at the moment.

  17. Postpublished at 19:57 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Burnley 1-0 Hull City

Joe Gelhardt has come close to a spectacular equaliser for City, latching on to a ranging diagonal and taking on a first-time shot from well outside the corner of the area, only to lash narrowly over the crossbar.

  18. Postpublished at 19:56 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Plymouth 2-0 Millwall

    Brent Pilnick
    BBC Sport at Home Park

A third penalty in as many games for Ryan Hardie and Home Park is bouncing.

Before the match I was chatting to a colleague bemoaning how Argyle have not scored a first-half goal since well before Christmas - he's got two in the first 10 minutes tonight.

  19. Should he stay? Or has he gone?published at 19:56 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

West Brom v Blackburn (20:00 GMT)

    Ged Scott
    BBC Sport at The Hawthorns

Nice idea from the PA system people at The Hawthorns.

They put "Should I Stay Or Should I Go" on the pre-match play list.

A trifle wasted as John Eustace isn't actually here tonight.

But it's the thought that counts.

And, in any case, he seems to have already made up his mind.

The only question that needs answering is 'When?' And you can pretty much guarantee it will be at some inconvenient daft hour or other.

  20. GREAT SAVE!published at 19:55 Greenwich Mean Time 12 February

    Bristol City 0-0 Stoke

Sight of goal for the hosts as Anis Mehmeti lays the ball to Scott Twine on the edge of the box who sees his low fizzer saved by Stoke keeper Viktor Johansson down to his left.
