    Blackpool boss Steve Bruce makes 10 changes to the team that secured a late 2-1 win over Exeter in his first game as Tangerines boss on Saturday. Defender Oliver Casey is the only man to retain his place, as ex-Sheffield Wednesday striker Jordan Rhodes comes in as captain for the home side.
