    Middlesbrough 1-0 Luton

Middlesbrough have unsurprisingly been lifted by that clever opener to put them one up.

Luton find themselves behind again away from home and are going to have to step things up to get back into the game.

It's mostly Boro threatening since it's gone to 1-0, though.

    Middlesbrough 1-0 Luton

    Tony Mowbray
    Ex-Middlesbrough player and manager

When you allow Boro to have lots of possession in the opposition half they will pick a hole in you.

  3. Postpublished at 13:05 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Stoke 0-0 Millwall

Stoke turn the ball over from a Millwall free-kick and get forward quickly, with Tom Cannon's shot deflected behind.

It's a wasteful corner from Bae Junho that goes all the way over the back.

  4. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:04 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Middlesbrough 1-0 Luton

Delano Burgzorg is then booked for his celebration after running over and hugging the fans behind the goal.

  5. Postpublished at 13:04 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Stoke 0-0 Millwall

A sliding challenge from Tom Cannon on Japhet Tanganga is the latest moment between these two and now referee James Bell has a word with Stoke striker, last warning before a yellow card I expect.

  6. Postpublished at 13:04 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Cardiff 0-1 Blackburn

Cardiff are pressing for an equaliser as Aynsley Pears is called into action a couple of times.

First he comes off his line to deny at the feet of Anwar El Ghazi and then quickly followed by a save from a Rubin Colwill shot.

  7. Postpublished at 13:02 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Stoke 0-0 Millwall

Tom Cannon and Japhet Tanganga are having a good battle in this game and Cannon takes down the centre-back as they run towards the corner flag before sending some words his way, as well.

I'm not sure how he's avoided a yellow card there.

  8. 'Mobbed by the fans'published at 13:02 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Middlesbrough 1-0 Luton

    Mark Drury
    BBC Tees commentator

It's a set-piece routine from the training ground!

He's in the stands being mobbed by the fans!

  9. goal

GOAL: Middlesbrough 1-0 Lutonpublished at 13:01 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Delano Burgzorg (30 mins)

Middlesbrough break the deadlock and this is such a clever routine from the corner.

It comes into the near post along the deck and Liverpool loanee Ben Doak flicks it around the corner and across the box.

And there is Delano Burgzorg rushing in to fire home his first goal for the club from 12 yards.

Michael Carrick will see that as genius. Rob Edwards will be furious his Luton defence were caught out.

  10. Postpublished at 13:00 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Stoke 0-0 Millwall

Millwall show the threat they possess on the break as Femi Azeez gets the ball in space down the left and flashes a ball across the box.

There's too much on it for the inrushing Josh Coburn to get there in time.

  11. Postpublished at 12:59 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Luton

    Neil Maddison
Former Middlesbrough midfielder on BBC Tees

It's become a little bit scrappy and Luton grab an opportunity.

You just feel that first goal will become really important.

  12. Postpublished at 12:58 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Stoke 0-0 Millwall

We've had 25 minutes and that chance for Stoke striker Tom Cannon after just 25 seconds remains the closest we've come to seeing a goal.

The home side have had more of the ball and the better opportunities but the possibility of a fifth 1-0 win in succession for Millwall will hang over this game until they take a chance.

  13. Postpublished at 12:58 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Luton

Cauley Woodrow hits a shot from distance but it's straight at Seny Dieng in the Boro goal who punches away. That's Luton's first effort on target.

Moments later, Liam Walsh hits a bobbler from the edge of the box but it goes just wide.

  14. Postpublished at 12:57 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Cardiff 0-1 Blackburn

The home side are right behind their side as Anwar El Ghazi wins a corner.

In it comes but the referee blows for some shirt pulling and it's a Blackburn free-kick.

They were warned by the man in the middle to be fair.

  15. Postpublished at 12:57 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Luton

Both sides are building up nicely but it's very much a case of a lack of end product in the final third so far.

The final ball is either blocked or going astray at the moment. Can someone produce that moment of magic to break the deadlock?

  16. Postpublished at 12:55 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Stoke 0-0 Millwall

Chances at both ends as the Stoke defence stop, expecting a flag against Tom Bradshaw from Danny McNamara's long call forward.

The striker takes it on his chest before swivelling and volleying wide of the goal, a strange sequence of events.

Stoke then get the ball up the other end and Bae Junho forces a brilliant save down low to his right to tip it round the post, a great strike.

Jake Cooper just does enough for Millwall to get the corner away.

  17. Postpublished at 12:54 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Luton

Luton probe well around the Middlesbrough box and Daiki Hashioka manages to get in a decent cross but it's cleared.

Boro are sitting quite deep out of possession and it's just allowing the Hatters to string some passes together.

  18. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 12:53 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Cardiff 0-1 Blackburn

Blackburn think they have a second.

Yuki Ohashi plays it across to Todd Cantwell who finishes well but the linesman has his flag up as he was offside.

    Blackburn are looking dangerous now.

  19. 'Pressure growing on Luton'published at 12:53 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Luton

    Mark Drury
    BBC Tees commentator

There's a bit of rhythm developing in this game.

The pressure is growing here on Luton.

  20. Postpublished at 12:51 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2024

    Stoke 0-0 Millwall

A half chance for Stoke as Tatsuki Seko finds Eric Bocat on the left, with the full-back taking the volley on first-time and blazing wide.

Both sides looking pretty comfortable at the moment.
