    FT: Sunderland 2-2 Coventry

    Nick Barnes
    BBC Newcastle's Sunderland commentator

We certainly didn't see that coming at half-time.

The disappointment has been compounded with the yellow card to Hume and injury to Alan Browne.

What a game. It ends all square.

Sunderland looked to be cruising towards a comfortable three points when Wilson Isidor volleyed home and Dennis Cirkin powered a screamer into the top corner in the first-half.

But Coventry showed incredible spirit to launch a second-half comeback thanks to goals from Haji Wright and Jack Rudoni, who struck with a headed equaliser six minutes from time.

A third draw on the bounce for the Black Cats who throw away a two-goal advantage and see their lead at the top cut to two points.

Fantastic result for the Sky Blues, given everything that has happened this week with Mark Robins being sacked.

Coventry win a free-kick on the right-hand side. Can they make anything of it?

    Norwich 0-2 Bristol City

Norwich City's year-long and 21-game unbeaten home record comes to an end.

An excellent result for Bristol City as they come away with all three points thanks to goals from Anis Mehmeti and Nahki Wells.

The Robins move up to 10th after condemning the Canaries to their third straight loss, which leaves them without a win in six and in 14th position.

  11. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:54 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November

    Leeds 2-0 QPR

Leeds get there in the end and secure all three points through Jayden Bogle's first-half opener and substitute Joel Piroe's 95th-minute goal to make it 2-0.

By no means a vintage performance for Daniel Farke's promotion chasers against a struggling Hoops side who are now bottom of the table following Portsmouth's win against Preston.

  12. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:54 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November

    Derby 1-1 Plymouth

Nothing to separate these two sides, the usually formidable Rams held at home by the Pilgrims.

Jerry Yates' overhead kick gave the home side the lead before Adam Randell, captaining the side for the day, levelled the score for the visitors.

  13. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:53 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November

    Portsmouth 3-1 Preston

Goals from Josh Murphy, Connor Ogilvie and a Colby Bishop penalty are enough to give Portsmouth a massive three points that lifts them off the bottom of the Championship table.

Bishop came off the bench to make his first appearance since April after having successful heart surgery in the summer.

Preston who are looking for their first away win of the season came out in the second half to pull a goal back through Emil Riis to make it 2-1 but the returning Bishop's spot kick sealed the win for the hosts.

It's no wins in the last five games now for Paul Heckingbottom's side who remain 20th and are only above the drop zone on goal difference.

Pomey who were winless in their last seven home league games at Fratton Park end that run to pick up just their second league win of the season.

Piroe really is deadly when it counts! He just has ice in his veins.

That seals the three points for Leeds.

    Job done.

Finely a moment of quality in the second half and it comes from Leeds substitute Joel Piroe with a delicate chip to secure the points for the home side.

  17. NINE ADDED MINUTESpublished at 16:51 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November

    Sunderland 2-2 Coventry

Wow, there is plenty of time left here! There will be NINE minutes added on.

A big blow for Coventry just now, though, as top goalscorer Haji Wright is forced off with an injury and is replaced by Ephron Mason-Clark.

  18. INJURY TIMEpublished at 16:50 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November

    Pompey are almost there.
