    Portsmouth 0-0 Stoke

There's a pause in play after the linesman waves his flag leaving everyone confused for a moment...

But it's because he needs the batteries changed for his communications pack.

    Technology failed him.

So far, the finishing from both sides has been failing us.

  2. Postpublished at 13:00 BST 25 October

    Coventry 2-0 Watford

More good defending from Liam Kitching as Mamadou Doumbia outmuscles Bobby Thomas and bursts into the box, only for Kitching to crowd him out at the expense of a corner.

Ref Dean Whitestone is asked why it wasn't a foul on Thomas but looked like he went down a little easily under pressure to me.

  3. CLOSE!published at 12:58 BST 25 October

    Portsmouth 0-0 Stoke

Crikey, that was nearly a blunder from Portsmouth defender Hayden Matthews!

Stoke's Ben Wilmot curls the ball into the box from the right side, and just as Matthews thought the pass was no threat and bounding through to the keeper, Divin Mubama seemingly appears from nowhere to get a shot away from close range.

But it's straight at Josef Bursik. Should've been 1-0.

  4. GREAT SAVE!published at 12:57 BST 25 October

    Coventry 2-0 Watford

What a save this is from Carl Rushworth.

Imran Louza is found by Mamadou Doumbia on the edge of the box and lets fly with his left peg towards the bottom right corner, only for Rushworth to somehow get his left hand down to tip it around the base of the post.

Good going forward, good at the back. This Coventry side are by far the best side in the Championship at present, and are showing it.

  5. Postpublished at 12:54 BST 25 October

    Ipswich 0-0 West Brom

Jaden Philogene's free-kick ricochets off the wall but the hosts are definitely building up some momentum here...

  6. Get Involvedpublished at 12:54 BST 25 October

    Coventry 2-0 Watford

I genuinely think we will win the league unbeaten. Every team is scared to play us.

  7. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 12:53 BST 25 October

    Ipswich 0-0 West Brom

Sammie Szmodics is heading for an early exit.

He's definitely carrying something but his last actions of the day helped early Ipswich a very promising free-kick on near the D.

Chuba Akpom enters to help try and capitalise on it.

  8. Postpublished at 12:52 BST 25 October

    Coventry 2-0 Watford

Great defending from Liam Kitching spares the blushes of keeper Carl Rushworth who hesitates as he rushes out to try to beat Mamadou Doumbia to a bouncing ball on the edge of his box.

The Brighton loanee is beaten to the ball but Kitching is there to hack it away from Doumbia with the goal unguarded.

  9. Postpublished at 12:52 BST 25 October

    Portsmouth 0-0 Stoke

Portsmouth are starting to force Stoke into errors now.

In a bizarre move, Million Manhoef plays a crossed ball from the right side into the Portsmouth box, but nobody is there to receive it.

Sorba Thomas is fuming. He wanted it to his feet, and that ball was definitely nowhere near his feet.

  10. Say you'll be there...published at 12:51 BST 25 October

    Coventry 2-0 Watford

Geri Horner, nee Halliwell, is in the stands with Coventry fan and former F1 supremo hubby Christian at the sun-soaked CBS Arena.

Watford's own Spice Girl probably isn't enjoying what she's seen too much... it's looking more like 2 Become 3 than 2 Become 1 at the moment for the Hornets.

  11. 'Both sides are testing each other'published at 12:50 BST 25 October

    Ipswich 0-0 West Brom

    Tony 'Bomber' Brown
West Brom's all-time leading goalscorer on BBC Radio WM

We are still waiting for a spark in this game.

It is very cagey and both sides are testing each other out at the moment. West Brom have kept them quiet early on.

  12. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 12:48 BST 25 October

    Coventry 2-0 Watford

Haji Wright has the ball in the net after an unselfish ball across the six yard box from Brandon Thomas-Asante but the flag is up and the celebrations are cut short.

It all came from some brilliant pressing high up the pitch which led to a Watford error.

The Sky Blues are absolutely rampant.

  13. Postpublished at 12:47 BST 25 October

    Ipswich 0-0 West Brom

    Oh, what an opportunity!

Ipswich's Jack Taylor is found through the space in the midfield and bounds forward toward goal.

He takes aim but sends it wide.

  14. CLOSE!published at 12:46 BST 25 October

    Portsmouth 0-0 Stoke

Portsmouth hit back on the counter attack as Connor Ogilvie punts it forward from the left side into the feet of striker Makenzie Kirk, who spins to create a load of space.

But the 21-year-old chips the ball way over the Stoke goal and wastes what looked like a golden opportunity.

Thankfully for him the linesman had his flag up for offside, otherwise Kirk might have had nightmares about that miss.

  15. Postpublished at 12:45 BST 25 October

    Coventry 2-0 Watford

Milan van Ewijk's heat map at present is probably directly across the pitch just outside the Watford box, as he switches from one flank to the other to launch in his missile long throws, which are very en vogue again this season, it seems.

Every single one is causing Watford problems, with some huge Sky Blues in the mixer every time, but this time the Hornets manage to scramble the second ball away.

  16. 'Incessant pressure from Coventry'published at 12:44 BST 25 October

    Coventry 2-0 Watford

    Steve Ogrizovic
Ex-Coventry City goalkeeper on BBC CWR

You have to credit Coventry again, they are playing a nice high line in this game and all the players are on the same wavelength as usual.

There is incessant pressure from Coventry.

  17. Postpublished at 12:42 BST 25 October

    Ipswich 0-0 West Brom

Jaden Philogene delivers a pin-point accurate cross above the West Brom defensive line and in the perfect place for Sammie Szmodics to drive into in the box.

Szmodics is slow on the run though, seeing the ball flash across goal and out of play.

He takes to the ground. He's not looking 100% so could be an early change here.

  18. Postpublished at 12:41 BST 25 October

    Coventry 2-0 Watford

Imran Louza has the chance to whip in a low free-kick from the right of the City area, but this Sky Blues team are as dogged at the back as they are going forward and the teasing cross is blocked in the goalmouth before being hacked away.

  19. Postpublished at 12:39 BST 25 October

    Portsmouth 0-0 Stoke

The last time these sides met at Fratton Park was back in January, and Portsmouth ended up winning 3-1.

Today, so far it's all Stoke.

  20. Postpublished at 12:38 BST 25 October

    Ipswich 0-0 West Brom

A loose pass from Ipswich launches the Baggies up pitch, with Samuel Iling-Junior fending off the Ipswich defender to put the ball in the box.

It's already got bodies filling the space and Isaac Price's first punt at goal thuds off an Ipswich body and leads to a counter-attack.

Jaden Philogene unleashes at the other end but no dice for an opener.

    Looking promising, this one.
