    Millwall 2-0 Stoke

Junior Tchamadeu makes a run behind the Millwall backline and takes flight but his finish is all wrong.

It blasts across goal and goes wide.

It's just not going to happen for the Potters it doesn't seem.

  2. 'Where do Southampton go from here?'published at 21:32 BST 21 October

    Bristol City 3-1 Southampton

    Sophie Hurcom
    BBC Sport at Ashton Gate

The Southampton players all looked totally despondent after that second Scott Twine goal, many stood on the pitch, staring at the ground waiting for the restart with their hands on their hips.

Saints manager Will Still too from his body language as he stood in the technical area with his arms crossed and one hand over his mouth when that goal went in. Where does his side go from here?

The first Twine goal it was almost as time slowed down, as the Saints players stood still waiting for an offside whistle that never came. And the second they can have on excuses as they were totally pick-pocketed with a sloppy pass and made to pay.

They've made a triple change since but as it stands, they are dropping a place to 17th while Bristol City are going fourth.

    Derby 1-0 Norwich

    More problems for Norwich.

Substitute Ante Crnac has gone down with no-one around him.

It's a knee injury and he has to go off but they've used all their substitutes so are down to 10 men.

Kayden Jackson, Andreas Weimann and Lars-Jørgen Salvesen are on for Derby.

Carlton Morris, Ben Brereton Diaz and Patrick Agyemang are off.

  4. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 21:30 BST 21 October

    Portsmouth 0-2 Coventry

Portsmouth clear the ball out of their box but only as far as Brandon Thomas-Asante, who takes a swing and sees it clatter off the bar.

    He is all over Pompey.

Time is ticking but can he get that hat-trick?

  5. CLOSE!published at 21:28 BST 21 October

    Preston 0-1 Birmingham

Preston so close to an equaliser!

Daniel Jebbison down the right, cuts in on goal and gets around Daniel Jebbison in the Blues goal.

He shoots but Phil Neumann slides across and makes a goal-saving block!

Big moments at both ends for Neumann, whose first-half goal still separates the sides.

  6. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:26 BST 21 October

    Ipswich 0-3 Charlton

Kayne Ramsay brings down Ipswich substitute Jaden Philogene and is cautioned.

What a night for Charlton this has turned out to be.

    Millwall 2-0 Stoke

Jamie Donley got brought on field for Steven Nzonzi over 12 minutes ago but you can't say he's made an impact.

Just the one touch for the striker so far.

A real worry for the visiting fans.

  8. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:25 BST 21 October

    Derby 1-0 Norwich

Norwich swap out Oscar Schwartau for Emiliano Marcondes.

    There are eight minutes remaining.

This could be huge for both sides.

  9. goal

GOAL: Bristol City 3-1 Southamptonpublished at 21:22 BST 21 October

    Scott Twine (64 mins)

    So sloppy from Saints.

Caspar Jander's underhit pass towards the centre circle is picked off by Scott Twine.

He races through on goal and this time lobs the goalkeeper with his left boot!

Another superb, cool, delicate finish and more problems for Southampton.

  10. 'How did that stay out?'published at 21:21 BST 21 October

    Derby 1-0 Norwich

    Darren Kenton
Former Norwich City defender on BBC Radio Norfolk

You start to think is this going to be Norwich's day?

When they start to play they open Derby up, how has that stayed out?

Ante Crnac hit it across the keeper, he's beaten all ends up.

It seems like it's one of those nights where Norwich have all the pressure but can't put the ball in the back of the net.

  11. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 21:21 BST 21 October

    Derby 1-0 Norwich

    So close to a leveller.

Ante Crnac picks up a pass from Oscar Schwartau and his shot thunders off the inside of the post and rebounds out.

  12. Segecic comes off with worrying injurypublished at 21:20 BST 21 October

    Portsmouth 0-2 Coventry

    Dan George
    BBC Sport at Fratton Park

Coventry have continued to impress in this second half and the home fans have definitely quietened as they now find themselves down by two.

Portsmouth started the second half well and were pushing for a leveller but Frank Lampard's side were able to deliver a huge blow against the run of play.

On the other hand the away fans to my right are loving this, singing "we are top of the league" as they look on course for another big three points on the road.

Some worrying news for Portsmouth as Adrian Segecic has to come straight off after being substituted on.

The Australian got caught up in challenge and won a foul but he has just limped off in some pain with his hand covering his face.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:19 BST 21 October

    Derby 1-0 Norwich

Matej Jurasek is on for Norwich to replace Liam Gibbs.

Is time running out for Norwich and their boss Liam Manning?

  14. goal

GOAL: Hull 2-1 Leicesterpublished at 21:19 BST 21 October

    Aaron Ramsey (67 mins)

    The comeback is on.

Jordan Ayew sets up substitute Aaron Ramsey lingering outside the box, unravelling to hit the corner.

Last time out, Leicester took their foot off the gas to relinquish their lead. Can they do the opposite tonight?

  15. Postpublished at 21:18 BST 21 October

    Derby 1-0 Norwich

All the first-half verve and vigour from Norwich City have evaporated.

That Derby goal from David Ozoh has put a pin in their balloon.

The home side have been, well, poor to be honest but they're 15 minutes from a first home win of the season.

  16. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:18 BST 21 October

    Millwall 2-0 Stoke

Not for the first time Stoke stopper Viktor Johansson denies the hosts.

Mihailo Ivanovic evades the Stoke defender to sneak a peak at goal but once again the Swede is equal to it, making a fantastic save to keep his side in this match.

This game could have gone much worse for the Potters if it wasn't for their keeper.

  17. 'Stoke struggling to get up the pitch'published at 21:17 BST 21 October

    Millwall 2-0 Stoke

    Mark Elliott
Stoke City commentator on BBC Radio Stoke

At the moment Stoke are struggling to get up the pitch. They were brilliant at the start of this second half.

They can't swing two passes together at the moment.

It's shaping up to be another disappointing night with a long trip [to Portsmouth] coming up on Saturday.

  18. Postpublished at 21:16 BST 21 October

Absolute goalfest in the Championship tonight!

  19. Postpublished at 21:16 BST 21 October

    Millwall 2-0 Stoke

Stoke's defensive skills are on fully display here as Casper De Norre fires at goal but finds his goal-bound strike vitally intercepted by Ben Wilmot.

The visitors having to absorb a bit of pressure here.

They could do with being up the other side but it's really important they make sure that deficit doesn't take another hit.

  20. goal

GOAL: Bristol City 2-1 Southamptonpublished at 21:15 BST 21 October

    Scott Twine (57 mins)

Sinclair Armstrong is on up front for the hosts and he drives in from the left but is forced to check back.

City recycle on the right and a low cross is half-cleared to the top of the area.

It's then laid off for Zak Vyner to drive in a shot, which clips the legs of Armstrong onto the left-hand post and runs back across the goalkeeper and into the path of Scott Twine.

He keeps his cool and gently lifts the ball over Alex McCarthy with his right boot. Lovely finish and City lead!
