Tottenham 2-1 Man City
That Manchester City goal was the last action of the first half.
Tottenham's players and staff shake their heads as they head down the tunnel. That's given them some food for thought at half time.
Bruno Fernandes (59 mins)
Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes gets his second goal of the game.
He latches onto a blind backpass, goes round the keeper and hammers a shot in.

Game on.
I said how important it was if there was a goal before half-time.
Tottenham stopped trying to burst out, but it's brilliant play from Savinho. Savinho does Udogie and dinks it to the far post.
Newcastle 2-0 Chelsea
Alan Shearer
Former England striker on BBC Radio 5 Live
Marc Cucurella creates an overload in that midfield where Joao Felix is and where Christopher Nkunku keeps dropping into. It's a big positive for Chelsea. By vacating that left-back area though he is giving Newcastle plenty of chances to get down that side.
Matheus Nunes (45+3 mins)
Savinho does well down the right-hand side and chips all the way over the bodies in the box to find Matheus Nunes on the other side. It's a brilliant finish on the half volley from the Portugal winger.
It's been coming.
Aston Villa 1-1 Crystal Palace
Ian Maatsen drives into space in the area and gets a left-footed shot off but it's deflected back out to Jhon Duran, who can't bring his shot on target from five-yards out.
Man Utd 4-2 Leicester
The goals have dried up. Ruud out.
Leicester have had a couple of half-chances in the second half but nothing to get excited about.
Aston Villa 1-1 Crystal Palace
It's been a slow start to the second half considering one of these sides need to score to prevent penalties. Don't forget, there's no extra time in the EFL Cup.
Newcastle 2-0 Chelsea
Chelsea try to switch things up and Noni Madueke replaces Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.
Preston 0-3 Arsenal
Anyone predict two Jakub Kiwior assists today?

The joys of being a Tottenham fan…away at Palace and can’t get two shots on target…then home to Man City and we are two nil up at half time!!!

Tottenham 2-0 Man City
Phil Foden takes the free-kick but it's over the bar.
We'll have four minutes of added time at the end of the half.
Tottenham 2-0 Man City
Manchester City have a free-kick in a dangerous area. Centrally around 20-yards out.
Ilkay Gundogan and Phil Foden stand over it.
Kai Havertz
It's done now. Arsenal cruising into the next round.
Half-time substitute Kai Havertz heads in from Jakub Kiwior's cross.
Brighton 0-2 Liverpool
Darwin Nunes and Mo Salah are coming on for goal scorer Cody Gakpo and Dominic Szoboszlai.
Preston 0-2 Arsenal
Arsenal go for the third goal that would finish this off and Gabriel Martinelli is denied by Freddie Woodman from 20 yards out.

Elliott Newstead: Could get used to watching Cody Gakpo just hit the ball really hard into the net. Quite therapeutic.
Tottenham 2-0 Man City
Matheus Nunes tees up Phil Foden really nicely but he blazes over the bar on the volley.
Cameras keep showing Erling Haaland on the bench.
