    Coventry 1-0 Birmingham

Almost an instant response from Birmingham.

Ethan Laird cuts the ball back from the byline and it drops to Lyndon Dykes but he can only make contact with fresh air and Coventry are able to clear.

It has come from a long throw and it is the same old story for Blues.

They didn't get the first contact on the ball, and how is Brandon Thomas-Asante allowed to be the first one on the rebound?

That will frustrate Chris Davies, it is a poor goal to concede.

Swansea missed a host of chances at Birmingham a week ago, but they've already been more clinical in front of goal today.

No surprise that it's Zan Vipotnik applying the finishing touch. That clever backheel is the Slovenian's sixth goal in seven games for the Swans.

  5. Postpublished at 12:48 BST 27 September

    Wrexham 0-0 Derby

The home side getting their tails up now.

An incisve attack ends with Issa Kabore sending over a teasing cross that Kieffer Moore hurls himself at but can't quite make a clean contact with.

The ball is recycled back to Kabore on the right and his second ball in goes across the face of goal after a deflection.

    Brandon Thomas-Asante (16 mins)

    Sky Blue heaven.

Milan van Ewijk tosses in a long throw and when Liam Kitching's shot is parried by Ryan Allsop there's Brandon Thomas-Asante to tuck home from close range.

A third goal of the campaign for the forward.

  7. Postpublished at 12:46 BST 27 September

    Coventry 0-0 Birmingham

Birmingham skipper Christoph Klarer gets his head to a Demarai Gray corner but it drifts wide of the post.

These two already look evenly matched.

  8. goal

GOAL: Swansea 1-0 Millwallpublished at 12:44 BST 27 September

    Zan Vipotnik (12 mins)

A superb, instinctive finish from the Slovenian striker to open the scoring!

Malick Yalcouye wins the ball high up the pitch and pulls the ball back to Ronald who drags his finish but the ball finds Zan Vipotnik who backheels the ball past Millwall keeper Steven Benda and full-back Ryan Leonard on the line for his seventh goal of the season for club and country.

Great start for the home side.

  9. YELLOW CARDpublished at 12:43 BST 27 September

    Wrexham 0-0 Derby

    One booking apiece.

Matt Clarke goes in firmly on Wrexham striker Kieffer Moore and the referee thinks it's a bit too firm.

Nothing to shout about at the moment.

Birmingham are doing a good job of getting tight to Coventry to frustrate the Championship's top scorers.

The Sky Blues finally get to the edge of the visitors penalty area but are then forced all the way back to goalkeeper Carl Rushworth.

Very disciplined from Chris Davies' side.

  11. Postpublished at 12:43 BST 27 September

    Wrexham 0-0 Derby

Closest the home side have come.

They move the ball forward neatly and the ball is set back to Ben Sheaf 22 yards out.

He gets decent connection with his shot but it's straight at Jacob Zetterstrom in the Rams goal.

After a late injury to Marvin Ducksch, Birmingham added an extra keeper on the bench rather than an outfield player...

  13. Postpublished at 12:42 BST 27 September

    Swansea 0-0 Millwall

Ethan Galbraith is picking up some nice positions for Swansea and he wins the second corner for the home side.

From it, Ben Cobango is waiting to head the ball back across the box from the back post but Millwall's Tristan Crama clears well under pressure.

  14. YELLOW CARDpublished at 12:39 BST 27 September

    Wrexham 0-0 Derby

Lewis O'Brien is booked for the home side for a very full-on challenge on Ebou Adams on halfway.

Rams players are adamant it should be red.

  15. Postpublished at 12:37 BST 27 September

    Swansea 0-0 Millwall

Good play from the tricky Aidomo Emakhu on the right hand side sees him get to the bar-line but his low ball into the box is well cut out by Swans defender Ben Cabango.

Good ebb and flow to this one so far.

  16. 'Derby getting on the ball early'published at 12:36 BST 27 September

    Wrexham 0-0 Derby

    Malcom Christie
    BBC Radio Derby summariser

I have enjoyed the start from the Rams, especially in an away performance by getting on the ball early.

A good start so far with possession.

  17. Postpublished at 12:35 BST 27 September

    Wrexham 0-0 Derby

This is a really good start from the away side.

They should have really had the lead inside the first minute when Patrick Agyemang sent a good chance wide but they've basically monopolised possession in these opening five minutes.

Pyrotechnics as the teams walk out at Coventry Building Society Arena, CoventryImage source, Rex Features

It's a bit smokey at the CBS Arena from the pre-match pyrotechnics.

Just a quick reminder in case you missed it, Birmingham's Marvin Ducksch was injured in the warm up so Lyndon Dykes gets his first start in a league game since February.

Goalkeeper Brad Mayo is added to the bench - am I the only one who finds it extraordinary they don't have a spare outfield player in the squad?

  19. CLOSE!published at 12:34 BST 27 September

    Swansea 0-0 Millwall

An early corner in the first minute for the home side is whipped in eventually by full-back Josh Tymon and falls to centre-forward Zan Vipotnik but his effort from the edge of the box is deflected just wide of the goal.

    Good start from the Swans.
