That's matchday two done and dusted then.

Six clubs have a perfect six points from a possible six in League One - you might expect that from Huddersfield, Luton and Stockport but there must be a mention in dispatches for Stevenage and Doncaster.

Crewe, Fleetwood and Chesterfield are perfect from their opening two games in League Two but Barnet are finding their early days back in the EFL a bit of a slog with two defeats to start with.

You can catch up with all the League One news and League Two details on our dedicated pages.

Today's Championship live action continues with Sheffield United v Bristol City and you can follow that here.

Huddersfield Town's storming start to the season sees them leading the league with a two goal advantage.

Barnsley, Stockport County and Luton Town are lingering close behind but relegated Plymouth Argyle's poor start continues.

They are winless alongside the likes of Reading, Wycombe and Blackpool.

While Doncaster Rovers get off to the best start of the promoted teams to hold a strong position in the top six.

  3. Three and easy for Crewe, Fleetwood and Chesterfieldpublished at 17:20 British Summer Time 9 August

Only three clubs have 100% records in League Two as it's already shaping up to be another tight affair at the top just like last season.

Crewe, Fleetwood and Chesterfield are the early front runners but it's been a solid start for three of last season's strugglers, with Tranmere, Harrogate and Newport unbeaten on four points.

Barnet are yet to get off the mark on their return to the EFL with relegated Crawley also beaten again.

  4. 'Wycombe couldn't find the equaliser'published at 17:15 British Summer Time 9 August

    FT: Wycombe 1-2 Stockport

    Sam Avery
BBC Three Counties Radio's Wycombe commentator

Wycombe looked like a completely different team after the quadruple change.

There were chances in stoppage time for Wycombe but they just couldn't find that equaliser.

    It ends in back-to-back defeats.

  5. 'We've got to dust off and go again'published at 17:14 British Summer Time 9 August

    FT: Bolton 2-0 Plymouth

    Guy Branston
Former Plymouth defender on BBC Radio Devon

It's difficult because they had a little bit more quality than us and better execution.

Plymouth have got to go away and organise the team better. There's an element that Plymouth will come good, they've got some good players.

We've got to dust off the defeat and go again on Tuesday and Saturday. Let's not be overly negative about losing to a top team.

  6. Impressive Bolton swat away Plymouthpublished at 17:13 British Summer Time 9 August

    FT: Bolton 2-0 Plymouth

    Sanny Rudravajhala
BBC Radio 5 Live at Toughsheet Community Stadium

A very special performance from Amario Cozier-Duberry here. He’s on loan from Brighton and spent last season repeatedly as an unused sub at Blackburn Rovers.

He’s ran the show on the flank, setting up Mason Burstow to sweep home for 2-0. That was after the hour - the first, captain Eoin Toal's goal saw him nod home from a floated corner on 21 minutes.

Across the park, Bolton beat Plymouth. Max Conway at full-back was an example of how far ahead the players were on Plymouth. His sliding tackles and bursting runs got them out of trouble and he wasn’t even a headline-maker today.

Argyle were completely swatted away and it’s very troubling if you’re a Pilgrim because they struggled to get a foothold and no shots on target.

Lots of work for Tom Cleverley to do with his charges, Bolton and Steven Schumacher have finally put their dismal end to the last campaign behind them.

  7. League One full-time resultspublished at 17:09 British Summer Time 9 August

    • New Barnsley signing David McGoldrick was responsible for the fourth minute penalty to Burton Albion so it's only right that the veteran secured the Tykes a late 3-2 victory.
    • Adam Jackson's first-half red card proved costly for Lincoln City as they lose 2-0 to AFC Wimbledon.
    • Exeter City earn a decisive 4-1 win against Blackpool, who are still searching for a victory.
    • Doncaster Rovers came back from a 1-0 deficit to Mansfield Town to end the game 2-1 victors.
    • It ended in a goalless stalemate between Northampton Town and Bradford City.
    • Stevenage took a 1-0 win over Rotherham United to continue their winning ways.

    • Fleetwood secured a 2-1 victory over Bristol Rovers and go second

    • Harrogate and Grimsby put on a show in the second half with six goals. The visiting Mariners chased down a two-goal deficit to draw even in injury time
    • Swindon Town get their first win of the new campaign with a 3-2 win over Cambridge United in a superb back-and-forth affair
    • There were also wins for MK Dons, Bromley, Newport and Gillingham
  9. FULL-TIMEpublished at 17:01 British Summer Time 9 August

    Wycombe 1-2 Stockport

Stockport get the job done but they almost threw it away.

The visitors were in control thanks to goals from Kyle Wootton and Jack Diamond with the latter also having an assist for Wootton's strike.

Wycombe struggled to get going but were given the perfect chance to get back into it only for Alex Lowry to strike a post with a penalty.

Jack Mullins did get one back for the home side but they couldn't find a leveller.

For the third successive season Wycombe start a league season with two defeats while it's two wins from two for Stockport.

  10. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:59 British Summer Time 9 August

    Wycombe 1-2 Stockport

Luke Leahy hammers a shot at goal and it takes a deflection but it's a wonderful reflex save from Stockport goalkeeper Corey Addai to tip it over the bar.

    Wycombe 1-2 Stockport

We'll get another couple of minutes with Ethan Pye down injured for Stockport.

    Harrogate 3-3 Grimsby

Incredible second half from both Harrogate and Grimsby after a goalless first half.

A topsy-turvy affair with big contributions off the bench.

    We're out of breath here.

  13. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:57 British Summer Time 9 August

    Bolton 2-0 Plymouth

Bolton dominate Plymouth Argyle to pick up their first win of the season in decisive fashion with a goal either side of half-time.

A worrying view for Argyle fans, who will make the long journey home reflecting on a game their side couldn't find a foothold in.

  14. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:56 British Summer Time 9 August

    Leyton Orient 2-0 Wigan

A Steven Sessegnon own goal and wonderful strike from Josh Koroma give all three points to Leyton Orient.

Sessegnon was also cautioned before completing his afternoon by being sent off for a professional foul.

A first win of the season for the home side and a first defeat for Wigan.

    It's early days though.

  17. 'Bolton have dominated us'published at 16:51 British Summer Time 9 August

    Bolton 2-0 Plymouth

    Guy Branston
Former Plymouth defender on BBC Radio Devon

Bolton still look determined to get a third.

I think we've gone away from our so-called Plymouth aggression and we've let Bolton dominate us today.

  18. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:51 British Summer Time 9 August

    Wycombe 1-2 Stockport

Stockport swap out Jack Diamond for Danny Andrew as they try to get over the line.

GOAL: Harrogate 3-3 Grimsbypublished at 16:50 British Summer Time 9 August

    Jaze Kabia (90+3)

    Wow!

Grimsby have come storming back and will just not go away, this second half.

An incredible solo effort from Jaze Kabia who puts on the jets and outpaces his defender and nudges the ball past the keeper from a tight angle.

He cups his hand to his ear and Grimsby fans love it.
