    Jack Diamond (51 mins)

    Goal provider turns goalscorer.

Jack Diamond has already set up Kyle Wootton and now he has a goal.

He bends a wonderful effort into the top corner.

  2. Postpublished at 16:13 British Summer Time 9 August

    Bolton 1-0 Plymouth

Bolton have begun the second-half like how they spent much of the first - in charge.

The Trotters pick up a corner but it's short play doesn't prove dangerous enough for the visitors who deal with the danger.

FPL Terrier: Huddersfield fan and its impossible at this early stage to say who will finish where so good luck to all 23 teams fighting for 2nd place.

You have to love that confidence! It's been a good start for the Terriers under new boss Lee Grant.

  7. 'Bolton deserve the lead'published at 15:56 British Summer Time 9 August

    HT: Bolton 1-0 Plymouth

    Guy Branston
Former Plymouth defender on BBC Radio Devon

Bolton have kept the ball very well and they've looked comfortable. They deserve to have the lead.

Plymouth haven't really done anything down the sides and we haven't really created any opportunities for us to go in front.

  9. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:52 British Summer Time 9 August

    Harrogate 0-0 Grimsby

Slow going at Wetherby Road between Harrogate and Grimsby, in League Two.

The referee has been busy dishing out a number of yellow cards.

I'd be interested to hear the speeches from the gaffer in the respective dressing rooms at halftime.

Could still go either way this one.

  12. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 British Summer Time 9 August

    Leyton Orient 1-0 Wigan

Leyton Orient have the advantage at the break.

Steven Sessengon was trying to chest the ball out for a corner but got his angles wrong and instead put the ball past his own goalkeeper.

Sessegnon has also been booked to cap a forgettable first period for him.

Aaron Connolly and Ollie O'Neill have also come close for the home side while a Dara Costelloe effort saved by Tommy Simkin is the best Wigan have had to offer.

  13. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 British Summer Time 9 August

Kyle Wootton's second goal of the season separates the sides at the break.

    Harrogate 0-0 Grimsby

Grimsby threaten to break the deadlock but come up short.

    Kieran Green hits the post.

The midfielder doesn't quite get behind the ball enough to wrap his foot around it and hammer it home.

Best chance of the game so far, just before halftime.

  17. Trotters well on toppublished at 15:44 British Summer Time 9 August

Bolton are well on top here. ‘He gets the ball and scores a goal Eoin, Eoin Toal’, scans really well but not sure it’s quite so accurate when he’s heading home a floated corner.

Wanderers are continuing to attack and weathering Argyle’s attempts to get a foothold. Thierry Gale and Amario Cozier-Duberry are really impressing so far. Between them, Wanderers should have had a second by now

A drinks break for an injury is seeing both managers going into huddles. Steven Schumacher will certainly be happier than Tom Cleverley in this first period.

  18. Postpublished at 15:44 British Summer Time 9 August

    Wycombe 0-1 Stockport

Corey Addai is called into action again for Stockport to make a decent save from Fred Onyedinma - it's better from Wycombe who do have last season's top scorer Richard Kone on the bench today.

  19. Postpublished at 15:43 British Summer Time 9 August

    Bolton 1-0 Plymouth

Bolton's Mason Burstow bursts past the defensive line as Joel Randall cuts a through-pass but the flag goes up to still the attack.

  20. 'Plymouth must keep going'published at 15:43 British Summer Time 9 August

    Bolton 1-0 Plymouth

    Guy Branston
Former Plymouth defender on BBC Radio Devon

Certain individuals are maybe just not quite at the game today.

There's little elements that can play themselves out of your gameplay, such as the final ball. If you keep trying and you stay persistent then those things will improve.

    The cream always rises.
