George Nevett's back-pass to his keeper is dire and has Nicholas Bilokapic scrambling to get back.
The keeper gets a foot onto it in a panic but his touch is hefty and it ends up rolling to the path of a Nahki Wells.
Wells finds Jordan Clark near the centre of the goal, who eases it in for a second.
Luton have been far better since scoring their first goal but Peterborough have also lost their way.

The Salford keeper Matty Young is down, on his back, possible cramping and looking for a stoppage - with less than 10 minutes of normal time remaining.
The ball is in play and Notts County gain possession and start racing through midfield on goal.
And Young jumps back to his feet to direct traffic.
