  1. 'Hagi influencing things'published at 18:03 British Summer Time 26 June

    Danny Murphy
Former England midfielder on BBC Two

Ianis Hagi has really been influencing things on what is his first start in the European Championships.

I think the penalty was harsh though.

  3. Can Ukraine break through?published at 18:01 British Summer Time 26 June

Ukraine’s four wins at European Championships have all been by a 2-1 scoreline. They could do with a fifth win here - no matter the score line.

They have failed to keep a clean sheet in all 13 of their games at the Euros – no other side has played more than five matches without at least one clean sheet.

Currently Ukraine have that clean sheet, but as it stands, that would not be enough.

  4. 'Ratiu is brave and confident'published at 18:00 British Summer Time 26 June

    HT: Slovakia 1-1 Romania

    Ashley Williams
Former Wales defender on BBC Two

Ratiu has been impressing me. He is really front-footed and confident to go up against his winger.

He is a really good football player and like his bravery and confidence. He is just really attacking-minded. Hair is the highlight of the tournament so far and I feel like we deserve to highlight him.

  5. 'VAR got penalty slightly wrong'published at 17:59 British Summer Time 26 June

    HT: Slovakia 1-1 Romania

    Clinton Morrison
Former Republic of Ireland striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

There is contact outside the box initially but then there is another contact inside the box and that is why the penalty was given. The defender David Hancko cannot do much about it because Ianis Hagi is in the box and already stumbling and then comes the second contact. I think VAR have got it slightly wrong in my eyes.

  6. The rarity of a four-point grouppublished at 17:58 British Summer Time 26 June

Groups at major tournaments rarely ever end with all four teams being level with four points apiece. It has never happened at a European Championships.

The last time it happened at a World Cup was at USA '94, when Mexico, Republic of Ireland, Italy and Norway all recorded one win, one draw and one loss from their three matches.

All four sides also ended that group with the same goal difference, meaning Norway were eliminated on goals scored.

It could be almost as tight in Group E of Euro 2024.

  7. 'Belgium have been terrible'published at 17:58 British Summer Time 26 June

    HT: Ukraine 0-0 Belgium

    Alan Shearer
Former England striker on BBC One

They have done really well Ukraine. They have stuck together and created some good chances. Belgium have been terrible - Kevin de Bruyne has been by far their best player.

Leandro Trossard and Jeremy Doku have been anonymous.

  8. Postpublished at 17:57 British Summer Time 26 June

    HT: Ukraine 0-0 Belgium

Honestly, I don't think any of Belgium's forwards can turn around and say they had a good half of football.

All three of them, Romelu Lukaku, Leandro Trossard and Jeremy Doku are capable of world class levels though.

  9. 'Doku's decision making has let him down'published at 17:55 British Summer Time 26 June

    HT: Ukraine 0-0 Belgium

    Jose Fonte
    Portugal defender on BBC One

Unfortunately Jeremy Doku's decision making has let him down - he's not been as good as we expected.

You want to see him going in behind and trying to cross it to Romelu Lukaku.

  10. 'Lukaku misses a lot of chances'published at 17:54 British Summer Time 26 June

    HT: Ukraine 0-0 Belgium

    Alan Shearer
Former England striker on BBC One

It was a great pass in behind and Romelu Lukaku has a wonderful goal-scoring record at international level, but he misses a lot of chances.

He doesn't get the connection, it is a good run but he scuffs it - a poor finish.

Other than that there has been nothing from Belgium.

  11. As it stands in Group Epublished at 17:53 British Summer Time 26 June

A reminder of how things stand at half-time in both games.

Romania are set to top the group, with Belgium going through in second.

That would mean Belgium have a tough last-16 game against France.

Slovakia will qualify as one of the best third-placed sides and join the Netherlands in being possible England opponents in the last-16.

Ukraine are on course to miss out on reaching the knockouts.

    Emma Sanders
    BBC Sport at Stuttgart Arena

Belgium fans were winning the battle of the stands before kick-off but Ukraine have got louder as the game has gone on.

Their team will be the happier of the two as their gameplan is working. Aside from some sprinkling of quality from Kevin de Bruyne, Belgium have offered very little.

  13. 'A really good first half'published at 17:51 British Summer Time 26 June

    HT: Slovakia 1-1 Romania

    Dion Dublin
Former England striker on BBC Two

I think it has been a really good first half, played at a good pace with some really food football.

But I have a feeling that the pitch is going to play a role, as the ball is bobbling all over the place.

  14. HALF-TIMEpublished at 17:50 British Summer Time 26 June

    Slovakia 1-1 Romania

Both sides currently have the point they need to reach the last 16.

It has been far from a pre-determined goalless draw however. Plenty of chances for both sides and a really good watch.

  15. YELLOW CARDpublished at 17:49 British Summer Time 26 June

    Slovakia 1-1 Romania

Another booking for Romania for a high challenge.

Nicusor Bancu gets the yellow card, his second of the Euros. That means he misses the round of 16, should his country make it that far.

  16. 'De Bruyne couldn't generate enough power on the shot'published at 17:49 British Summer Time 26 June

    HT: Ukraine 0-0 Belgium

    Stephen Warnock
Former England defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

The best of Kevin De Bruyne there, driving from midfield and releasing an inch-perfect pass out wide and following up the play. The only thing was that he was in a standing position when taking the shot so he couldn't generate enough power to properly test the keeper.

  17. HALF-TIMEpublished at 17:49 British Summer Time 26 June

Not a classic. At least there's still all to play for.

  18. 'Few negatives in this match'published at 17:49 British Summer Time 26 June

    Slovakia 1-1 Romania

    Dion Dublin
Former England striker on BBC Two

For me, very few negatives in this game. Both sides have come out and had a go.

  19. YELLOW CARDpublished at 17:47 British Summer Time 26 June

    Slovakia 1-1 Romania

The first booking of this game goes to Romanian centre-back Andrei Burca, who caught Peter Pekarik with a high boot.

Kevin De Bruyne has a go from the edge of the box, but curls one straight at the keeper.
