  1. Postpublished at 13:18 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Stoke 0-0 Plymouth

The sight of full-back Matty Sorinola celebrating winning a goal kick after a ricochet off Sam Gallagher is one which should be welcomed by the Argyle fans.

After 35 goals in 13 games on the road, a rare half without conceding has a few moments left.

  2. Postpublished at 13:17 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Swansea 0-0 West Brom

The threat level has been raised another notch and Swansea would now just be happy to get into the changing rooms level.

West Brom are finding yawning gaps behind the Swans defence on the break and Lawrence Vigouroux is forced into another save.

And just as a I say that Swansea go up the other end and Liam Cullen fires one narrowly wide.

    Blackburn 0-0 Burnley

I'd describe this as emphatically goalless so far.

Not... Not too much else to say really.

Amario Cozier-Duberry has had a couple of shots for the home side in the final few minutes of the half while Burnley have had one shot, which was blocked, all game.

    VERY tight.

  4. Postpublished at 13:15 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Stoke 0-0 Plymouth

The ball bounces up invitingly for Sam Gallagher a couple of yards outside the Argyle penalty area but the adrenaline takes over and he launches the ball high and wide to jeers from the travelling Green Army, who must have left very early this morning to make Stoke for a lunchtime game.

  5. Postpublished at 13:15 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Blackburn 0-0 Burnley

Into one minute of time added on.

The home side are back on top now.

  6. Postpublished at 13:14 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Swansea 0-0 West Brom

The Swansea goal is coming under a fair bit of pressure as we approach the break.

Karlan Grant gets in down the right and flashes a dangerous ball across goal - but there's noone there for Albion.

Mikey Johnston picks up the loose ball and looks to bend one into the far corner but gets it all wrong.

We have seen lots of opportunities here but it's still lacking the final bit of quality.

The home side pinch the ball back 30 yards from their own goal and then race up the pitch.

The ball is worked to Amario Cozier-Duberry on the edge of the area and the Brighton loanee sees his shot deflect behind.

James Trafford punches the corner clear.

  8. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:12 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Stoke 0-0 Plymouth

Darky Gyabi lunges in on Andrew Moran on the edge of the Argyle box to concede a dangerous free-kick.

Bae Junho steps up to whip a 20-yard curler straight into the wall, with Tatsuki Seko slashing the rebound well wide.

Dean Whitestone has booked Conor Hazard for taking too long over the restart. The home fans enjoyed that. He had been warned before...

  9. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:10 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Blackburn 0-0 Burnley

Josh Laurent kicks Todd Cantwell from behind and the Burnley midfielder is in the book.

    Silly.

  10. GREAT SAVE!published at 13:09 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Swansea 0-0 West Brom

Lawrence Vigouroux gets down well to push away Baggies striker Karlan Grant's effort on goal.

That's the first real save either keeper has had to make so credit Vigouroux for being on his toes.

He is called in to action again from the corner but this time it's slightly more easy to gather.

  11. Postpublished at 13:09 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Stoke 0-0 Plymouth

Sam Gallagher is making his first start since October for the Potters after a calf injury and is not having it all his own way in midfield, he's taken a painful bang on the Achilles to win a free kick but has also struggled to keep up with Plymouth's dynamic pace on the break on a couple of occasions too.

The Pilgrims have really grown into this game in the past 20 minutes.

  12. Stoke 'a bit ponderous'published at 13:08 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Stoke 0-0 Plymouth

    Mark Elliott
    BBC Radio Stoke commentator

Stoke have been a bit ponderous and lacking a few ideas so far. They have just dropped off a bit in-terms of their standards.

  13. Postpublished at 13:08 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Blackburn 0-0 Burnley

Amario Cozier-Duberry shows some quick feet to dance in off the left and have a shot at James Trafford's near post.

It's going wide but the keeper decides to be safe rather than sorry and makes sure.

The corner is cleared by the Claret's stout defence.

  14. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 13:07 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Swansea 0-0 West Brom

It really is end-to-end stuff now!

The ball skips up off the turf onto Darnell Furlong as a Swans cross comes into the box - does it hit his arm?

The home faithful are convinced but even if if does, a penalty would have been harsh as he couldn't do much about it.

Seconds later Albion are off on the counter again and this time it's Jayson Molumby who streaks clear before planting a shot well wide of the target.

A goal on the cards before the break? We've got 10 minutes to find one if so.

  15. Postpublished at 13:04 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Stoke 0-0 Plymouth

Plymouth talisman this afternoon Darko Gyabi does well to get inside Sam Gallagher on the edge of the Potters box but his cut-back to Morgan Whittaker sees him crowded out by the home defence and unable to get a shot off...

He eventually rolls it into the path of Brendan Galloway but the defender's 20-yard effort on his left foot skews well wide.

  16. Postpublished at 13:03 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Swansea 0-0 West Brom

Jed Wallace is the latest Baggies player to break into the Swansea half.

He takes a difficult ball down brilliantly at first and there's nothing but green space in front of him but he doesn't have the pace to get away from the covering defenders and he gets his feet in an awful tangle in the end as another chance goes begging.

    It's an intriguing contest.

Just missing that final ball or finish.

  17. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:01 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Blackburn 0-0 Burnley

    Another Blackburn corner.

Another whistle from the referee for a foul in the middle.

The away side get down the other end and win a throw in an attacking area but nothing comes of it.

Home defender Danny Batth is in the book for a shirt pull on Zian Flemming.

Blackburn have looked quite comfortable when Burnley have the ball, and they are still in this game.

It looks like a goal for Blackburn will come from a set-piece, but they have got to be better going forward.

  19. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:00 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Stoke 0-0 Plymouth

Stoke defender Lynden Gooch has his name taken by referee Dean Whitestone after bringing down Darko Gyabi as he threatened to break away in midfield.

    One for the team, that.

Plymouth are slowing down the game and getting regular instructions from the dugout whenever play stops, much to the frustration of the home fans.

  20. CLOSE!published at 12:58 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Swansea 0-0 West Brom

There's that Baggies threat on the break again but how about that defending from Harry Darling.

First he cuts out the ball through to Josh Maja, then puts in a meaty challenge on Karlan Grant and wastes no time in leaping up to divert Jayson Molumby's shot narrowly wide of the target - it would have needed a save had he not done so.

Great stuff and the kind of committed defending fans love to see from their players.
