While Manchester City supporters sang their pre-match Blue Moon song, a silhouette of the late Ricky Hatton was depicted on the big screens inside the stadium.

Hatton was City through and through and that was a nice touch from the club.

There is also fireworks going off from the top of the stadium as the two teams walk out.

A banner has been unfurled in memory of former world boxing champion Ricky Hatton who passed away aged 46 earlier this month.

Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim to TNT Sports: "Of course we want to win. We didn't control the game. We played the game of Brentford. First balls, second balls, set pieces. All the crucial moments were against us. Tough to lose again but we need to think about the next one.

"The first goal was a long ball. We worked on that in the week, and on set pieces. We knew the long balls (were coming) and one touch they had the opportunity. We need to do better.

"We didn't play our game. We only had control for some moments. But it was more or less all the same. We need to play our games, not the opponents, but they were stronger on that."

On pressure of job after another defeat: "It is always the same to lose at this club, it hurts a lot. We need to think about the next one."

Manchester City and Burnley will be led out of the tunnel by members of the late Ricky Hatton's family.

Hatton's two daughters, Millie and Fearne, will be accompanied by his granddaughter and niece.

Former world champion boxer Hatton passed away earlier this month aged 46.

Nicknamed 'the Hitman', Hatton was a lifelong Manchester City supporter and a minute's applause was held before the Manchester derby at the Etihad Stadium on 14 September.

Manchester City welcome back former captain and right-back Kyle Walker to Etihad Stadium this afternoon.

Walker left the club in January, going to AC Milan on loan, before signing for the Clarets on a free transfer in the summer.

The 35-year-old enjoyed a trophy-filled eight years at City, winning six Premier League titles, the Champions League and two FA Cups.

On Friday, Man City boss Pep Guardiola was asked where Walker ranks among notable full-backs in world football, such as Cafu, Javier Zanetti and Lillian Thuram.

"[He is] one of the greatest full-backs ever," said Guardiola. "Absolutely he deserves it. I'm pretty sure everybody will be happy to see him.

"It was an unbelievable few years for us and he was the right-back who defined our time here in the last nine or 10 years.

Manchester United couldn't cope defensively. The centre forward Thiago was causing so many problems. They got bullied at times the centre-halves. Man Utd didn't have enough going forward, it didn't feel like they were creating much and a really bad day at the office, again.

Pep Guardiola parks the bus - or at least he did against Arsenal last week - but it is going to be Burnley who try to do that this time.

The Clarets almost held out against Liverpool and they ran Manchester United close too, but I don't see them keeping City quiet.

Sutton's prediction: 3-0

This is quite a big game for Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca after his side lost to Bayern Munich and Manchester United.

I was at their Carabao Cup tie with Lincoln City in midweek and they were expected to win that tie, which they did, but the Imps caused them all sorts of problems and Chelsea are just not very convincing at the moment.

It hardly helps that Cole Palmer must be a big doubt to play after he came off injured against United, and they will miss him badly if he is ruled out.

When I think of Brighton, I always think they will score goals but they can be quite inconsistent.

There are that many of their former players at Chelsea, this is like Brighton versus Brighton Old Boys - and I don't think either side will do enough to win it.

Manchester City midfielder Nico O'Reilly was rewarded with a new contract until 2030 on Friday.

O'Reilly broke through to the first team picture last season as City struggled with injuries and showed versatility with the majority of his 21 appearances coming at left-back.

He has featured in six of City's game so far this season and the new deal has the option of being extended for a further years.

“This is a day I will never forget," said O'Reilly. "I have been at City since the age of eight, and to have made it into the first team and have played matches is a dream come true. To be rewarded with a new contract really is special."

Meanwhile, Savinho, who was heavily linked with a move to Tottenham over the summer, is closing in on a new long-term deal.

Chelsea striker Joao Pedro is facing his former team having left Brighton in a £55m summer move.

The Brazil international came out onto the pitch before kick-off and was greeted with handshakes and hugs from many Brighton players and staff.

Joao Pedro is already a key player for Chelsea and returns having had just one training session after picking up a minor injury at Manchester United last weekend.

Some breaking news from West Ham as Nuno Espirito Santo is confirmed as the club's new head coach after the sacking of Graham Potter.

The former Nottingham Forest, Tottenham and Wolves manager joins the Hammers on a three-year contract.

"I am very pleased to be here and very proud to be representing West Ham United," Nuno said.

"My objective is to work hard to get the very best from the team and ensure that we are as competitive as we possibly can be. The work has already started and I am looking forward to the challenge that is ahead."

I am covering this game for Radio 5 Live and part of me is thinking that Liverpool are going to click soon and just absolutely annihilate someone.

At the same time, I just don't think that is what will happen against Palace.

Palace got the better of them on penalties in the Community Shield and while I am not sure you can read too much into that, I am going for another draw this time.

Liverpool sit five points clear at the top of the table after five wins in five matches, while Palace are fifth with nine points after two wins and three draws.
