    Kilmarnock v St Johnstone (15:00)

Derek McInnes rotates five from the side that drew dramatically with Tromso on Thursday.

Robbie Deas, Rory McKenzie, David Watson, Fraser Murray and Innes Cameron all come into the starting XI.

Lewis Mayo, Matty Kennedy, Bruce Anderson, and Liam Polworth drop to the bench with Liam Donnelly missing out completely.

Cameron last started a match for Kilmarnock in November 2023, in a 1-0 win over Motherwell. He's only made four league appearances since then.

  2. Robinson focuses on 'bread and butter'published at 14:37 British Summer Time 11 August

    Aberdeen v St Mirren (15:00)

St Mirren manager Stephen Robinson tells BBC Sportsound: "We've had good results the last few years against Aberdeen. That counts for nothing.

"New team for ourselves and Aberdeen with new signings and a new manager. We have to make sure we play our game. We've made five changes, yeah, but I think we're equally as strong.

"Your bread and butter's the league. You can't worry about [Thursday's European opponents] Brann, obviously, until Monday. This [game] is at the forefront of our minds."

    Aberdeen v St Mirren (15:00)

Aberdeen manager Jimmy Thelin tells BBC Sportsound: "[St Mirren's] a really well structured team with strong organisation. For us we need to stay humble and give everything we have.

"Ester [Sokler] is a really good striker also and Pape [Habib Gueye] is a good number 10. It's a strong team.

"When there's a lot of things going around, we had a good chat with Bojan [Miovski] and my decision today was to start with Ester instead."

  9. FULL-TIME Hibernian 0-2 Celticpublished at 14:25 British Summer Time 11 August

A comfortable win for Celtic as they start the season in ominous fashion (for the rest of rest of the league, obviously).

First-half goals from Nicolas Kuhn and Callum McGregor, an absolute screamer, did the damage.

Hibs improved, slightly, but it needs to be so much better.

Mikey Johnston is going to have to make way with that swollen eye.

Celtic have used all their subs so it'll go down as a concussion change.

    Odin Thiago Holm is on.

    Hibernian 0-2 Celtic

Looks like Celtic will see this out at 2-0.

Sounds a bit daft but Hibs probably would've taken this when Callum McGregor lasered in the second.

That'll be sore later, if it isn't now.

Turns out Mikey Johnston has taken an absolute shiner off Hibs keeper Josef Bursik.

His eye is closing up already.

    Hibernian 0-2 Celtic

The crossbar denies Kieron Bowie a stunning debut goal.

He chases a lost cause, dispossess Cameron Carter-Vickers, nutmegs the Celtic defender, then smashes the bar from a tight angle.

    Excellent stuff.

Hibs win the ball in the final third but the decision-making thereafter is so, so poor and it doesn't result in a chance.

    Hibernian 0-2 Celtic

Daizen Maeda looks just offside but he should probably hit the target with a close-range header.

Here come another two Celtic changes as winger Yang and Anthony Ralston replace Alistair Johnston and Nicolas Kuhn.

Hibs' Dylan Levitt is off for Nathan Moriah-Welsh.

  18. CLOSE!published at 14:09 British Summer Time 11 August

    Hibernian 0-2 Celtic

Lewis Miller inexplicably attempts a fancy turn at the edge of his own box and it very nearly results in a Celtic third.

He's dispossessed then Mikey Johnston strikes just wide.
