Jacob Murphy hammers a shot wide from 25 yards. Real power. That move started when Nick Woltemade won the ball and kept it in.

Aston Villa are coming back into it. It is more like a basketball game.

Finally, Brighton take a hit at goal. It's a lovely move, kickstarted by Georginio Rutter as he flicks the ball over the top for Yankuba Minteh to run onto.

The Gambia international speeds towards goal but he can't beat Djordje Petrovic at the keeper's near post.

    Better from the Seagulls.

Hugo Bueno smashes in a cross for Wolves and Rodrigo Gomes glances a header wide of the far stick.

    Everton 0-0 Aston Villa

Better from Aston Villa as they work the ball to Matty Cash on the right side of the box but his shot is blocked by a sliding James Garner.

  6. Postpublished at 15:39 BST

    Newcastle 1-0 Wolves

Wolves forward Hwang Hee-chan nods wide at the back post from an inswinging cross but only half a chance really.

  7. 'Villa are getting the run around'published at 15:38 BST

    Everton 0-0 Aston Villa

    Stephen Warnock
Former Liverpool and Aston Villa defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

I think Lamare Bogarde might end up at right-back. I would tuck John McGinn alongside Youri Tielemans as Aston Villa are getting the run around at the minute.

Have to say Danny Welbeck is becoming anonymous this season. Hate to say it, but I think it's time to pass the torch on. Brighton players have been getting way too easily injured. Disappointing.

    Abdul, Brighton

Strong start from Wolves but Newcastle have scored. There’s a theme developing this year. We are really struggling to put the ball in the net. Need our first point of the season!

    Newcastle 1-0 Wolves

    Nedum Onuoha
Former Manchester City defender on Final Score

The price of it and the nature of it, in terms of Alexander Isak leaving and so on, is big. This is one of the most exciting players in European football, so to have him there now could be amazing for them.

  10. CLOSE!published at 15:36 BST

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Sunderland

Big chance for Crystal Palace as Yeremy Pino is picked out by a superb defence-splitting pass. He has just Robin Roefs to beat but prods his effort just wide.

  11. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:36 BST

    Bournemouth 1-0 Brighton

David Brooks falls in a heap in the Brighton box under a challenge from Joel Veltman, but the penalty appeals are waved away as Brighton counter.

That's brought to an end by Marcos Senesi, who receives a yellow card for his trouble.

  12. Postpublished at 15:35 BST

    Fulham 0-0 Leeds

Leeds full-back Jayden Bogle runs forward and shoots from an ambitious angle. It's blocked and goes out for a corner.

  13. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:34 BST

    Everton 0-0 Aston Villa

Matty Cash is booked for Aston Villa. Not ideal when he's defending against Jack Grealish.

  14. Postpublished at 15:33 BST

    Fulham 0-0 Leeds

There's been 11 fouls and two shots (one of them blocked) so far. Yep.

  15. CLOSE!published at 15:33 BST

    Everton 0-0 Aston Villa

More danger from Jack Grealish as the ball is worked to him on the right side of the box. Three players are quickly on him but he gets a cross off that is deflected behind. From the delivery, Michael Keane heads just over.

Who needs Isak? There's a new striker on the block.

    John

Amazing what Newcastle will do with a number nine on the pitch. Welcome to the Premier League, Nick.

Well, that did not take Nick Woltemade long, did it? All four corners of St James' Park are singing his name after he took less than half an hour to put his side in front.

  19. YELLOW CARDSpublished at 15:31 BST

    Bournemouth 1-0 Brighton

Lewis Dunk wipes out Evanilson without getting anything on the ball to become the first name in the referee's book.

But David Brooks is a quick second as he slides in to stop Yankuba Minteh from countering.

  20. Postpublished at 15:31 BST

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Sunderland

Oliver Glasner is very animated on the touchline. I'm not sure how happy he has been with Crystal Palace's performance. They've been solid but a little lacking in the final third.
