  1. As Derby Cash-in, attention turns to survivalpublished at 14:36 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

As I walked into Pride Park this morning the first group of Derby fans I came across were talking about just one thing – Eiran Cashin’s departure for the Premier League with Brighton.

The difficulties that the Rams find themselves in right now, parked in the relegation places and on a six-match losing league run were very much part of the conversation I drifted past.

Cashin is a hugely influential player to lose as Derby battle for survival, but there are a few days now for some of that £9m payday to be spent in the transfer market to find a replacement and reinforcements.

It was only a snippet of idle pre-match chit, chat among mates that I came across but it seems to have summed up the mood around the place pretty nicely.

Plymouth's Maksym Talovierov clears downfieldImage source, Rex Features

One of the features for Plymouth today was the debut of Ukraine defender Maksym Talovierov.

This Erling Haaland-lookalike celebrated tackles the way Haaland does scoring goals.

He is going to be fun to watch if he keeps playing like this!

  3. 'Norwich got the job done'published at 14:29 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    FT: Watford 0-1 Norwich

    Leon Barnett
Former Norwich defender on BBC Radio Norfolk

I think Norwich got the job done.

When they look back at the game they'll be happy. Of course the red card changed the game but I thought Watford were the better side when they had 10 men.

It's been an intense game and I think the referee got the sending off right.

What a win this is for Plymouth Argyle.

Their 15-game run without one in the Championship is over thanks to those two late goals from substitute Ryan Hardie.

They remain bottom but the gap to safety is back to four points.

West Brom must have thought that Jayson Molumby's goal had them heading for three points, but they have been left stunned by Hardie's double.

They remain sixth as the pack close in behind them.

Josh Sargent celebrates his match-winning goal at WatfordImage source, Rex Features

That's that, three points for the Canaries after a professional second-half display following Josh Sargent's first-half winner.

Ten-man Watford have huffed and puffed but struggled to land a blow on the visitors.

A fourth win in sixth - and just a second away league win in 12 - lifts Norwich up to eighth, just three points outside the play-off spots.

A fourth home defeat on the trot drops Watford below the Canaries and into 10th ahead of the 3pm kick-offs.

    Watford 0-1 Norwich

    Derek Payne
Former Watford midfielder on BBC Three Counties Radio

The effort, commitment and being down to 10 men and being the better side will be encouraging for Watford.

  7. Postpublished at 14:22 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Watford 0-1 Norwich

The volume increases as Tom Ince drives Watford forward, but the move breaks down and they're forced back.

I think it's fair to say Norwich shut up shop a little while ago.

Can they see this out? The hosts look to be running out of ideas.

  8. Postpublished at 14:22 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Plymouth 2-1 West Brom

What a boost this would be for Plymouth. What a tune-up for welcoming Liverpool.

They have three minutes now to hang on.

  9. FULL-TIMEpublished at 14:22 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 1-1 Bristol City

Bristol City hang on for a point with nine men and deservedly come away with something.

That's now nine games unbeaten for Oxford under Gary Rowett, who fail to win at home for the first time in five.

Joe Williams was sent off for a heavy tackle on Will Vaulks after half-an-hour before Greg Leigh gave the hosts the lead in bizarre fashion with a cross-shot on the hour-mark.

But City's well worked free-kick routine saw them draw level five minutes later - Mark Sykes firing home first time from the edge of the box from Max Bird's pass from the set-piece.

Ross McCrorie was sent off late on for a second yellow following a challenge on Ciaron Brown but the Robins saw it through for the draw. A point apiece and it's probably the right result.

  10. YELLOW CARDpublished at 14:21 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 1-1 Bristol City

Bristol City keeper Max O'Leary is booked for time-wasting over a goal-kick.

  11. INJURY TIMEpublished at 14:20 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Plymouth 2-1 West Brom

We have six minutes of injury time before Plymouth can celebrate a first win since 5 November.

This would be huge for Argyle.

Cameron Brannagan floats it in for Oxford but Bristol City manage to hack it away. Into the last minute...

  13. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 14:20 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Watford 0-1 Norwich

After picking up that yellow card, Moussa Sissoko is replaced by Michael Adu-Poku.

We're into five minutes of stoppage-time.

  14. Postpublished at 14:19 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 1-1 Bristol City

Oxford win a free-kick on the left and they might just have a chance to get this into the box.

  15. YELLOW CARDpublished at 14:19 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Watford 0-1 Norwich

Tom Ince bursts into the box from the left and goes down flat on his face.

He's looking for a penalty but there was no contact from Kellen Fisher.

Moussa Sissoko yellow card for his protests

  16. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 14:18 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 1-1 Bristol City

Bristol City are trying to run down a bit of time. Sinclair Armstrong, who was only brought on at half-time, is sacrificed as defender George Tanner comes on to help see this through.

  17. INJURY TIMEpublished at 14:17 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 1-1 Bristol City

Four added minutes. Four minutes for Bristol City to cling on to what would be a remarkable point with nine men.

  18. goal

GOAL: Plymouth 2-1 West Brompublished at 14:16 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Ryan Hardie (88 mins)

    Pandemonium in Plymouth!

Ryan Hardie has turned this match on his head for Argyle as they come from behind to lead.

He gets in behind the West Brom defence again and his first effort with his left foot is blocked by two defenders but it breaks loose and he finds the bottom corner with his right foot.

Goals 100 and 101 of his career this afternoon and so, so crucial for his team.

  19. 'City have to dig in now'published at 14:16 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 1-1 Bristol City

    Gary Owers
Former Sunderland & Bristol City midfielder on BBC Radio Bristol

I can not fault Ross McCrorie's commitment. It's a full bloodied challenge but could he have pulled out of that?

It's a nightmare scenario being down to nine men. You've just got to dig in there and do your best.

  20. Postpublished at 14:16 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Plymouth 1-1 West Brom

As it stands, Plymouth will stay bottom and six points from safety.

West Brom will inch up to fifth on goal difference.

Who is prepared to risk more for a winner?
