Summary

  1. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 16:35 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Derby 0-2 Watford

Watford have it in the net for a third time through Mattie Pollock but this one isn't going to count.

Kwadwo Baah forces the save from Jacob Widell Zetterstrom after Francisco Sierralta makes a big block down the other end.

Watford looking to wrap this one up now.

  2. Postpublished at 16:34 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    West Brom 1-1 Stoke City

    Ged Scott
    BBC Sport at The Hawthorns

The Lord's My Shepherd ringing out loudly at The Hawthorns after that Grady Diangana equaliser.

To be fair, it had been coming. And Albion could then have quickly been in front, only for Viktor Johansson to save from Jayson Molumby.

There's a different mood about the place now.

  3. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:33 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    West Brom 1-1 Stoke

Wow, West Brom almost take the lead just moments after getting back on level terms.

Jayson Molumby goes through one-on-one for the Baggies but Stoke keeper Viktor Johansson does well to push his shot away.

The momentum has swung at The Hawthorns.

  4. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:32 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Coventry 1-0 Bristol City

The Robins respond to going behind by throwing on Mark Sykes and Sam Bell and they're having a good go at finding a way back into this game.

Bell is involved straight away and forces a fine stop from Oliver Dovin from close range.

  5. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:30 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Sheff Utd 2-0 Norwich

Goalkeeper Angus Gunn has spared Norwich from further damage with an excellent save to deny Callum O'Hare!

  6. YELLOW CARDpublished at 16:30 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Luton 0-0 Preston

I don't want to say this game has been slightly subdued but there's been almost as many yellow cards as there have been shots so far.

Preston's Andrew Hughes is the latest man to be cautioned in a game with just seven total shots after 73 minutes and five bookings.

    West Brom level things up!

Mikey Johnston fires in a low cross to Grady Diangana who sends it beyond Stoke keeper Viktor Johansson.

The Baggies are level and perhaps feel deservedly so.

Can they push on and win this now?

  8. goal

GOAL: Derby 0-2 Watfordpublished at 16:27 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Edo Kayembe (66 mins)

    Sucker punch!

Derby have been battering at the door but Watford catch them on the break to give themselves a two-goal cushion.

Vakoun Bayo plays in Moussa Sissoko brilliantly as the Hornets break at pace.

The home fans are calling for offside as he gives it to Edo Kayembe but the flag stays down as the Hornets attacker finishes to make it 2-0.

  9. Postpublished at 16:26 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    West Brom 0-1 Stoke

West Brom are still searching for an equaliser and Tom Fellows has just fired an angled drive over the bar from about 14 yards out.

Will Mark Robins get his first league win as Stoke boss?

Oxford really do look a different side under Gary Rowett.

The hosts take the lead against play-off chasing Blackburn and the breakthrough comes via Cameron Brannagan.

He does it in style, too. He whips a free-kick in past Rovers keeper Aynsley Pears and the hosts are deservedly ahead.

  11. Postpublished at 16:25 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Luton 0-0 Preston

Preston are fighting back after a subdued 60 minutes in this game.

Andrew Hughes drives from a whopping 40 yards out as the visitors break into the Luton half but his effort misses the target.

At the other end, Jordan Clark tees up Carlton Morris, whose close range shot is saved by PNE keeper Freddie Woodman.

  12. Postpublished at 16:25 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Sheff Utd 2-0 Norwich

Lucien Mahovo is on for his debut for Norwich in less than ideal circumstances after the 19-year-old signed from League Two side Notts County in the summer.

Josh Sargent is also introduced for the Canaries as Ante Crnac and Ben Chrisene, who gave away the penalty for the second Blades goal, make way.

About 20 minutes for Norwich to find two goals from somewhere.

  13. HALF-TIMEpublished at 16:22 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Portsmouth 0-1 Middlesbrough

The first half draws to a close.

Emmanuel Latte Lath's goal - his 11th of the season - gives Middlesbrough the lead against Portsmouth at the break.

  14. Postpublished at 16:21 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Portsmouth 0-1 Middlesbrough

One minute added on at Fratton Park.

If you're just joining us, this game was delayed for just over 30 minutes due to a medical emergency in the crowd.

  15. goal

    Brandon Thomas-Asante (62 mins)

Coventry's Brandon Thomas-Asante finishes past Max O'LearyImage source, Rex Features

    It's been coming!

Coventry finally take the lead and it's a fantastic finish from Brandon Thomas-Asante.

Jack Rudoni, who has really grown into the game, finds space on the edge of the area and plays it perfectly to Thomas-Asante, who crashes it in off the crossbar.

Not long before Rudoni had forced Max O'Leary to tip his shot over. A much better second half from the hosts.

  16. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:20 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Oxford 0-0 Blackburn

Blackburn didn't get going until deep into the second half of their 3-0 win against Portsmouth in midweek.

Rovers boss John Eustace makes a triple change to his side. Amario Cozier-Duberry, Andi Weimann and Makhtar Gueye are withdrawn.

Tyrhys Dolan, Ryan Hedges & Harry Leonard are deployed for the remainder of this game against Oxford.

  17. 'Preston showing intent'published at 16:20 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Luton 0-0 Preston

    Mick Payne
England C goalkeeping coach on BBC Radio Lancashire

Preston are showing a lot more intent. They weathered the storm a bit in the first half, but we have to show the attacking intent, and ask a few more questions of Luton,

Really show them that they're in a game here.

  18. CLOSE!published at 16:19 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    West Brom 0-1 Stoke

Torbjorn Heggem almost levels for West Brom but heads just over the bar from close range after a good cross from Mikey Johnston!

A second big chance of the game goes begging for the Baggies following Jayson Molumby's miss in the first half.

  19. 'Didn't need to happen'published at 16:18 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Sheff Utd 2-0 Norwich

    Leigh Bromby
Former Sheff Utd and Norwich defender on BBC Radio Norfolk

Didn't need to happen, has to be a change, whether that change is the sub. I think it could be a change of strategy, you're in the game at one nil, and now you're out of it.

Even the penalty that they win, they haven't had to work for, he's going away from goal.

  20. Postpublished at 16:18 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Coventry 0-0 Bristol City

Another chance goes begging for the hosts as Ellis Simms latches on to a loose long throw and fires wide from a tight angle.

That's 11 shots for Coventry but just the one on target.
