    Derby 0-1 Watford

    Derby hit the woodwork again!

This time it's Ebou Adams who strikes the upright - the third time the Rams have hit the goal frame in the match,

Shortly before Nathaniel Mendez-Laing drew another save from Hornets keeper Jonathan Bond.

The home side just can't find a way through, they've had so many chances since Watford's early opener.

    Luton 0-0 Preston

    Mick Payne
England C goalkeeping coach on BBC Radio Lancashire

Osmajic has worked tirelessly, he's been a lone wolf up top here for Preston. He's won a really good free-kick there.

  5. Postpublished at 16:13 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Luton 0-0 Preston

Not a game chock full of chances, it must be said.

Just four shots have been registered - all of which were contributed by Luton - with one of those on target.

Newly appointed Luton boss Matt Bloomfield will be pleased to see his side have dominated possession, but they don't have anything to show for a dominant opening 56 minutes against Preston just yet.

  6. Postpublished at 16:13 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Coventry 0-0 Bristol City

That should be the opener for the hosts!

Ellis Simms gets down the left and crosses for Jack Rudoni but the midfielder gets his feet in a tangle and can't get the shot away when in space.

A huge let-off for the Robins.

  7. Postpublished at 16:12 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    West Brom 0-1 Stoke

Stoke now haven't conceded a goal in the Championship for 325 minutes. West Brom need one here if they're to keep their push for a play-off place on track. Still no shots on target as yet for the Baggies.

What will Tony Mowbray be making of this, you wonder?

  8. Postpublished at 16:11 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Oxford 0-0 Blackburn

An active start to the second half.

Ruben Rodriguez heads Greg Leigh's cross towards goal but the Oxford man sees his effort sail wide of the mark.

Then at the other end, Blackburn threaten through John Buckley as he drives a shot straight at Oxford keeper Jamie Cumming.

  9. Postpublished at 16:11 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Coventry 0-0 Bristol City

Early chances as Ellis Simms' curling effort is deflected behind for a corner for the Sky Blues.

Anis Mehmeti then gets up the other end and his cross finds Scott Twine at the back post as his effort goes behind, before Max Bird finds himself in space and hits one from a long way out but it drifts wide.

A lively start to the second half.

  10. Postpublished at 16:09 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Portsmouth 0-1 Middlesbrough

Will Emmanuel Latte Lath's goal for Middlesbrough be his final moment of glory in a Boro shirt?

The forward has been subject to speculation over his future both in the summer transfer window - when he was linked to Ipswich Town - and January, with MLS side Atlanta United submitting a £16m bid.

    West Brom 0-1 Stoke

    Portsmouth 0-1 Middlesbrough

    Guy Whittingham
Former Portsmouth manager on BBC Radio Solent

One opportunity, Latte Lath did really well, a touch out his feet to take it around the keeper, he then sorted his feet out really well.

It was a counter-attack against Portsmouth, given away at the top of the pitch.

This was not the half-time score West Bromwich Albion fans were expecting on the day they emotionally welcomed Tony Mowbray back to the club.

Mowbray does not officially take charge until after today's game - and already he will have seen plenty to work on in training between now and Tuesday's trip to his old club Middlesbrough.

But it's not time to press any panic buttons yet.

Largely, this game so far has been two big chances - one taken by natural-born finisher Nathan Lowe and the other missed by Albion midfielder Jayson Molumby.

Still reason to think the Baggies can turn this round for caretaker boss Chris Brunt in his final game in charge. But it is rather a muted mood - most of all in the half-time pressroom, where there were no hot drinks!!!

  18. Postpublished at 15:58 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Portsmouth 0-0 Middlesbrough

It's not all Middlesbrough in the first half at Fratton Park.

At the other end, Portsmouth threaten courtesy of Freddie Potts whose strike is wide of the mark.

Dael Fry concedes a corner to the hosts soon after, as Connor Ogilvie and Josh Murphy combine, but the visitors deal with the danger.

Dan Barlaser whips in a corner towards Hayden Hackney whose drive from outside the box sails over the crossbar.

  20. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January

    Derby 0-1 Watford

Imran Louza puts Watford ahead at DerbyImage source, Rex Features

Imran Louza's fourth-minute opener separates these two at the break.

The home side hit the crossbar twice in succession through captain Nathaniel Mendez-Laing and Kayden Jackson as the Rams looked to hit back.

Both sides are desperately in need of a win today for different reasons and at the moment it's the Hornets who lead through Louza's early sting.
