  2. Players leave pitch for medical emergencypublished at 15:42 British Summer Time 12 April

    Cardiff 0-0 Stoke

The players have left the field in Cardiff as medical attention for a supporter in the Ninian Stand continues.

Cardiff City said on X: "The players have left the pitch for the time being and returned to the dressing rooms. We'll update further as soon as possible."

  3. 'First goal is vital'published at 15:39 British Summer Time 12 April

    Portsmouth 0-0 Derby

    Eric Steele
Former Derby and Man Utd goalkeeper on BBC Radio Derby

It's really good play from Derby, there's been good moments from both teams.

The first goal is still vital and it's important that we get it, Derby do look like they can.

    Must do better...

  5. Postpublished at 15:38 British Summer Time 12 April

    Millwall 0-0 Middlesbrough

No efforts on target yet in this one and a few too many free-kicks for the game to develop a real rhythm.

There is a lot at stake in this game and it's showing.

  6. CLOSE!published at 15:38 British Summer Time 12 April

    Sheffield Wednesday 0-0 Oxford United

Another big chance for Wednesday goes begging!

Good play from Yan Valery who stands up a teasing ball to the back-post but Anthony Musaba volleys the ball just over.

    Great opening wasted by Musaba.

  7. Play stops at Cardiffpublished at 15:38 British Summer Time 12 April

    Cardiff 0-0 Stoke

Into the final 10 minutes of the first half and there's a break in play in Cardiff as medical attention is required for a supporter in the Ninian Stand.

  8. Postpublished at 15:36 British Summer Time 12 April

    Sunderland 0-0 Swansea

Tommy Watson has shot savedImage source, Rex Features

Best chance of the game at the Stadium of Light and it's for Brighton-bound Tommy Watson.

But with only Lawrence Vigouroux to beat, the Swansea goalkeeper wins the battle by saving with his feet.

We know Watson will be with a Premier League club come August, but will he be leaving one?

  9. CHANCEpublished at 15:35 British Summer Time 12 April

    West Brom 1-0 Watford

Big chance for the visitors to equalise.

Another good delivery from Imran Louza, this time from a corner, causes panic in the Albion area and the ball drops to Edo Kayembe who blazes his effort over when he should have done better.

    Let off for the hosts.

  10. CLOSE!published at 15:33 British Summer Time 12 April

    Sheffield Wednesday 0-0 Oxford United

Chances for both sides at Hillsborough!

First, Callum Paterson takes a shot from a tight angle for the hosts but it sails over the crossbar.

Then, at the other end, United skipper Cam Brannagan hits his effort just wide after Wednesday fail to deal with a free-kick.

  11. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:31 British Summer Time 12 April

    Portsmouth 0-0 Derby

Christian Saydee weaves into the area and fires on target from a tight angle for Portsmouth but Jacob Widell Zetterstrom pulls off another excellent save to spare Derby's blushes.

What a game the Swedish keeper is having so far today, saving earlier from Colby Bishop's penalty and producing another fine stop here.

  12. goal

GOAL: QPR 1-1 Bristol Citypublished at 15:30 British Summer Time 12 April

    George Earthy (30 mins)

Bristol City are wobbling no longer.

A fine goal as well to bring them back level as Max Bird slips a ball through for West Ham loanee George Earthy to guide past Paul Nardi with a nice poked finish.

Delight for those fans who have travelled over from Bristol for this one.

  13. Postpublished at 15:30 British Summer Time 12 April

    West Brom 1-0 Watford

Since conceding the opening goal, Watford have been on top and are beginning to dominate the ball without making the breakthrough.

Remember, they began the day just one point below today's opponents but six outside the play-offs and will probably need to win to remain in the fight for the top six.

  14. Postpublished at 15:29 British Summer Time 12 April

    QPR 1-0 Bristol City

Bristol City are wobbling here and Jimmy Dunne flashes a volley just wide. Nearly a second for QPR.

  15. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:28 British Summer Time 12 April

    Luton 0-0 Blackburn

Blackburn's Lewis Travis pulls back Luton's Isaiah Jones and he's into the referee's notebook.

A reminder that Valerien Ismael is still looking for his first win since taking over as Rovers boss.

  16. Postpublished at 15:27 British Summer Time 12 April

    Cardiff 0-0 Stoke

Callum O'Dowda delivers a teasing ball to the back post for Cardiff and it's met by Cian Ashford on the stretch but he heads just wide.

Both sides have had decent sights of goal in the first 27 minutes or so of this six-pointer at the bottom.

  17. 'Close excitement at both ends'published at 15:26 British Summer Time 12 April

    Portsmouth 0-0 Derby

    Guy Whittingham
Former Portsmouth manager on BBC Radio Solent

We've seen two teams scrapping it out, close excitement at both ends.

We want to see Murphy taking on defenders down the left-hand side, Derby have defended well on a couple of those occasions at the moment.

  18. CLOSE!published at 15:25 British Summer Time 12 April

    Portsmouth 0-0 Derby

Pompey's Freddie Potts clips a ball over the top for Matt Ritchie who is brought down just outside the area by Matt Clarke.

Ritchie dusts himself down to take the free-kick but fires just over the bar.

  19. CLOSE!published at 15:22 British Summer Time 12 April

    Sheffield Wednesday 0-0 Oxford United

Wednesday are really starting to take control of this one.

First, a lovely centre is met by the head of Djeidi Gassama but his effort is blocked by some last-ditch United defending.

Then, Gassama takes a strike from the right side of the box but it is well saved by Jamie Cumming.

The hosts are knocking on the door here...

  20. goal

GOAL: QPR 1-0 Bristol Citypublished at 15:22 British Summer Time 12 April

    Karamoko Dembele (21 mins)

The locals are bouncing in Shepherd's Bush. And in Middlesbrough, Coventry and West Bromwich with this scoreline.

Karamoko Dembele may be short in stature, but he's in the right place away from the Bristol City defence to guide home a header from Nicolas Madsen's delivery.

Only a second goal of the season for Dembele but Bristol City will not be pleased to hear that.
