    Cardiff 0-0 Stoke

Both clubs have shared their thanks to the medical staff who assisted with the incident involving a supporter in the Ninian Stand.

"Emergency services are taking the unwell person to hospital," Cardiff City said on X. "Incredible work from you all. All of our love and thoughts are with you, Bluebird!"

Stoke City wrote: "Most importantly, we send our prayers and best wishes to the supporter who has received treatment from both clubs' medical staff and paramedics."

  6. 'It's been competitive'published at 15:57 British Summer Time 12 April

    HT: Portsmouth 0-0 Derby

    Eric Steele
Former Derby and Man Utd goalkeeper on BBC Radio Derby

We have had chances, we just need a bit more composure on the ball.

It's been good, it's been competitive. I think John Eustace will be delighted as I am that we're still in the game.

  7. Game to resume shortlypublished at 15:54 British Summer Time 12 April

    Cardiff 0-0 Stoke

Both sides have returned to the field in Cardiff and will carry out a five-minute warm-up before play resumes.

A supporter has been taken to hospital after a medical emergency in the stands. They were said to be conscious and stable as they left the stadium.

There will be about 10 minutes plus stoppages remaining when we get going again.

  8. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:53 British Summer Time 12 April

    West Brom 1-0 Watford

Half-time at the Hawthorns and Albion are in front in this clash between the two play-off hopefuls.

Karlan Grant's 11th minute strike separates the two sides in a match which has probably been shaded by the visitors.

Edo Kayembe has struck a post and blazed over a good opportunity in an impressive response by Tom Cleverley's side.

As it stands, Albion are just two points behind Coventry outside the play-offs while Watford will need to come from a goal down to help continue their late play-off push.

  9. 'Fairly even overall'published at 15:52 British Summer Time 12 April

    HT: Portsmouth 0-0 Derby

    Guy Whittingham
Former Portsmouth manager on BBC Radio Solent

It's a bit nervy either end. Portsmouth had the best chance with the penalty.

There's been some good defending by Atkinson, who has blocked a couple of shots and efforts. Overall it's been fairly even.

  10. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:51 British Summer Time 12 April

    Sunderland 0-0 Swansea

Nothing too much to raise the pulse rate on Wearside as the half-time whistle sounds.

Sunderland's second leg at home in the play-offs is almost guaranteed, but there are three weeks to go before their serious action resumes.

    And it's showing...

  11. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 British Summer Time 12 April

    Sheffield Wednesday 0-0 Oxford United

The referee blows up for half-time and we are goalless at Hillsborough.

Both sides have creating each other's defence some problems with Wednesday probably shading the opening 45.

Anthony Musaba was guilty of passing up one of the best chances for Wednesday when he volleyed over the bar a good cross form Pol Valentin.

As it stands, the U's remain four places and only three points above the relegation zone.

  12. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 British Summer Time 12 April

    Millwall 0-0 Middlesbrough

No goals and probably not too much of a surprise with only one effort on target.

Surely if Millwall and Middlesbrough want to make the play-offs, they are going to have to open up a bit more after the break.

  13. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:48 British Summer Time 12 April

    Luton 0-0 Blackburn

A goalless first half comes to an end at Kenilworth Road.

Millenic Alli has had a few sights of goal for Luton but nothing major to shout about for either side thus far.

Matt Bloomfield's side in particular will want to pick things up if they are to boost their Championship survival hopes.

  14. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:48 British Summer Time 12 April

    West Brom 1-0 Watford

Edo Kayembe hits an excellent left-footed shot from outside the box which beats Josh Griffiths all ends up but crashes against the upright.

Then, Isaac Price sees his effort for Albion well saved by Watford keeper Egil Selvik at the other end following good work from Mikey Johnston.

  15. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:48 British Summer Time 12 April

    Portsmouth 0-0 Derby

All square in the relegation six-pointer at Fratton Park.

The biggest talking point of the first half is undoubtedly the Colby Bishop penalty for Portsmouth that was saved by Derby keeper Jacob Widell Zetterstrom.

Zetterstrom also denied Christian Saydee, while Marcus Harness went almighty close to giving the Rams the lead when his cross-shot hit the bar, rolled across the line, hit the post and somehow came out.

All to play for in the second period.

  16. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:48 British Summer Time 12 April

    QPR 1-1 Bristol City

Level in west London as the players head off for a breather.

QPR took a deserved lead through Karamoko Dembele but a fine response from George Earthy to draw Bristol City level.

  17. INJURY TIMEpublished at 15:47 British Summer Time 12 April

    Portsmouth 0-0 Derby

Into two minutes of time added on at the end of this first half at Fratton Park.

  18. Postpublished at 15:46 British Summer Time 12 April

    Millwall 0-0 Middlesbrough

A first shot on target at The Den and it's for Middlesbrough and Morgan Whittaker bit it's fairly comfortable for Millwall 'keeper Lukas Jensen.

That is more like it. Remember, time is running out and a draw would NOT be enough to take Boro back into the top six today.

  19. INJURY TIMEpublished at 15:46 British Summer Time 12 April

    Luton 0-0 Blackburn

Three minutes added on at the end of the first half of this crucial game for relegation-battling Luton, who are looking to move out of the bottom three for the first time since mid-January.

  20. CLOSE!published at 15:43 British Summer Time 12 April

    Sheffield Wednesday 0-0 Oxford United

Once more, chances at both ends at Hillsborough.

First, Anthony Musaba goes on a powerful run before pulling the trigger from 20 yards but it goes comfortably wide of Jamie Cumming's far post.

Then for Oxford, Sam Long gets to the bar-line and picks out Tom Bradshaw but he blazes his shot over the bar.

Good ebb and flow to this one.
