The fireworks are going after Bruno Fernandes whips a ball into the box that Casemiro throws himself at and heads into the bottom corner.
Obviously, no VAR in play here.

The ball comes into Rasmus Hojlund, he controls it at the second time of asking but his strike forces a great save out of Tse Kai-wing.

The wait for a 'trophy' continues for Man Utd.
They were defeated 1-0 in their post-season friendly against ASEAN All Stars in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Maung Maung Lwin's second-half strike guided the ASEAN All-Stars to victory.
After a long 2024-25 campaign, they can almost see the finish line with one more post-season game to come in Hong Kong against their national side.

Although Victor Lindelof and Christian Eriksen side-stepped the trip, Jonny Evans did come even though his contract also expires on 30 June.
It means tonight will be his last match for his boyhood club and will also mean that for the first time, there will be no players who played in the first team under Sir Alex Ferguson left at Old Trafford.
Tom Heaton was there under Ferguson and is about to sign a one-year extension. However he never played a senior game for the club.

Bruno wants to stay. The fans want him to stay. The results show that he needs to stay. But we all know that United want to generate income. If they can use this money to fund some smart transfers then it might work out for the better, but I'm not holding my breath on that front.

A typically noisy, colourful and vibrant pre-match dance show at the Hong Kong stadium tonight.
Hopefully the match does it justice.

I know how many dislikes this comment will get but I feel like United might play better without Bruno Fernandes at the club.

Manchester United might be playing in Hong Kong but some of their players left Malaysia for India on a commercial trip on Wednesday night.
Andre Onana, Harry Maguire and Diogo Dalot got a day shaved off their tour of Asia to spend the day in Mumbai on United business.
Maguire had to answer questions about United's poor season.
This is what he said.
"We will make a lot of changes in the summer at the club.
"There will be a lot of players who leave and hopefully a lot of players will come in.
"It's down to the club to make sure they get that right and it’s down to us players to make sure that we are the ones that are involved."

Ruben Amorim speaking to MUTV on the involvement of Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes: "We need to respect and do better than the last game. We understand the players are tired, but now is the time to perform for the fans."
On Jonny Evans making his last appearance for the club: "It's really nice. The level he has in training, you understand why he won so many titles in his prime.
"I want Evans to help the young kids that he will have beside him, it's very important for us. We want to give space to the young kids to play in the first team.

Whilst it's great for the media to feed off the drama and sensation of it, didn't Bruno himself say in a press interview a couple days ago he feels great at Man Utd and is in a right place and loves it here? I don't think there's anything in these rumours, he won't go anywhere, it's just the media frenzy. And if Saudi want him so much, they should pay a 150 million at least. After all, we're talking about a man who created the most chances in the entire Premier League.

Manchester United winger Amad responded to supporters in Malaysia with an obscene gesture after being subject to "serious personal abuse", the club say.
The Ivory Coast international was pictured putting his middle finger up to people outside the team's hotel in Kuala Lumpur on United's post-season tour.
A video of the incident was widely shared on social media.
United say the winger's gesture was in response to "serious personal abuse" about his mother.
"I have respect for people but not for the one who insults my mum," Amad wrote on X.
"I shouldn't have reacted like that but I don't regret what I did."

Good question.
After a dismal season that saw Man Utd finish 15th in the Premier League and lose in the Europa League final, the squad flew to Asia for a couple of post-season friendlies.
It is thought the trip will generate about $10m (£7.8m) for the club, but comes at the end of a season where United have played 60 games in all competitions.

Can't be many players with a better goals and assist output in the Premier League since Bruno joined United - I imagine Salah? I don't know where we would be without him these last few years, never mind the horror show we've had this year. Mix that with how badly we've spent money in recent years then I really do worry. He deserves better than United and wouldn't blame him for leaving for a Champions League team, but going to the Saudi League gives it an extra kick in the teeth.

There are two schools of thought around Bruno Fernandes and Manchester United.
The first is the Roy Keane school. That Fernandes plays in moments, doesn't deliver when it matters and has a lack of game discipline.
The alternative view is that Fernandes is the only player in the current United squad who can actually create anything and without him they would have been perilously close to going down.
My concern would be if Fernandes does leave - and it is by no means certain - he needs replacing, with maybe two or three players - and United's recent recruitment has been woeful.
