Talk about ringing the changes, Sheffield Wednesday boss Danny Rohl made FOUR of them at half-time.

Barry Bannan, not one of the quartet introduced at the break, draws a comfortable save out of Angus Gunn in the Norwich nets.

  2. 'Leeds have to go for it'published at 20:51 British Summer Time 9 April

    HT: Leeds 0-0 Sunderland

Former Leeds United full-back on BBC Radio Leeds

That final bit of quality from the Leeds players - they haven't been challenging the goalkeeper. Sunderland have grown into the game and they've had the better opportunities. Leeds haven't tested Anthony Patterson.

I like the patience and the build-up but there's got to be a point where Leeds have to go for it more.

Possession might be nine tenths of the law but if you don't have a shot on target it's hard to score.

A draw will be enough for Leeds to go back up into the top two but they're finding it hard to make the most of the ball against an obdurate Sunderland.

  4. Second halfpublished at 20:48 British Summer Time 9 April

We are back under way in most of the five games that kicked off at 19:45 BST.

It will be a big 45 minutes that could shape the fates of a few sides at opposite ends of the table.

  5. Postpublished at 20:46 British Summer Time 9 April

    Leeds 0-0 Sunderland

Into the final minute of the first half at Elland Road.

The Whites have had over 70% of the ball but are yet to have a shot on target, as Patrick Bamford balloons a shot so far wide it almost goes for a Black Cats throw.

  6. 'Warning signs for Leeds'published at 20:43 British Summer Time 9 April

    Leeds 0-0 Sunderland

    Aidy White
Former Leeds United full-back on BBC Radio Leeds

It's opened up a lot more these last five minutes. Sunderland have had a bit more of the ball, a couple of chances. A warning sign for Leeds - can they strike while the iron is hot?

  7. Postpublished at 20:40 British Summer Time 9 April

    Leeds 0-0 Sunderland

The home side have enjoyed much more of the ball but it's probably the away side who have had the game's best chances.

Former Leeds man Jack Clarke dances in down the Black Cats left and forces a save out of Illan Meslier in the United goal.

Sunderland, one win in their past 10, are up for this.

    Plymouth 0-0 QPR

It's one of those games that both sides cannot afford to lose, and at times it is being played in that way.

Paul Smyth should have given the R's a 36th-minute lead when he blasted into the side-netting, having been left unmarked at the back post.

At the other end Morgan Whittaker has gone close for Argyle, but neither keeper has had a save to make.

  9. 'The only critique is they could have more'published at 20:36 British Summer Time 9 April

    HT: Sheff Wed 0-2 Norwich

    Leigh Bromby
Former Sheffield Wednesday and Norwich defender on BBC Radio Norfolk

David Wagner should be pleased - the only critique is could they have had more? There's only one team that have looked like they are going to win this. It's been a really professional performance from Norwich.

  10. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:35 British Summer Time 9 April

    Millwall 0-0 Leicester

Championship leaders Leicester are being held by a Millwall side fighting for their place in the second division.

As it stands, a draw will keep the Foxes top tonight.

  11. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:35 British Summer Time 9 April

    Sheff Wed 0-2 Norwich

All going wrong for Sheffield Wednesday on the evening of their 5,000th Football League game.

Norwich led early on through Josh Sargent and quickly doubled their money through Borja Sainz.

With Coventry losing this is shaping up to be a perfect night for the sixth-placed Canaries.

  12. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:34 British Summer Time 9 April

    Preston 0-1 Huddersfield

The away side lead at the break thanks to Josh Koroma's goal a couple of minutes before the break.

Can the strugglers hold on to pick up successive wins for just the second time this season?

  13. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:33 British Summer Time 9 April

    Southampton 2-0 Coventry

Che Adams has had a huge part to play in Southampton's half-time lead.

He appeared to get a deflection on the opening goal, which has been credited to Kyle Walker-Peters, then he doubled the lead just before the break.

Is there a way back for Coventry in this one? Their play-off hopes might hinge on it.

  14. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:32 British Summer Time 9 April

    Plymouth 0-0 QPR

Nothing between these two at half-time of their relegation scrap.

  15. 'Patient Leeds'published at 20:31 British Summer Time 9 April

    Leeds 0-0 Sunderland

    Aidy White
Former Leeds United full-back on BBC Radio Leeds

Leeds have been patient waiting for that moment to go for the juguler. It's not like they have been playing slow. They've been the dominant team, they've looked composed. I'm really happy with this start from them.

  16. goal

GOAL: Preston 0-1 Huddersfieldpublished at 20:29 British Summer Time 9 April

    Josh Koroma

BIG goal for the struggling Terriers!

Forward Josh Koroma scores for the first time since the start of February to put the away side in front just before the break.

A win tonight could see Huddersfield climb four points clear of the relegation zone.

  17. Postpublished at 20:26 British Summer Time 9 April

    Preston 0-0 Huddersfield

Robbie Brady, who I've just found out only has 22 league goals in his career, nearly gets his second of the season with an absolute rocket from over 30 yards out.

The Preston man's shot flies narrowly over.

  18. goal

GOAL: Southampton 2-0 Coventrypublished at 20:25 British Summer Time 9 April

    Che Adams (38 mins)

There is no question about who has scored this one!

Coventry City completely fail in their attempt to clear a corner, and the ball bobbles into the vicinity of Che Adams after Taylor Harwood-Bellis headed the ball back across goal.

From close range Adams manages to bundle the ball home.

And while he might not be credited for the opener, he definitely has this one.

  19. Postpublished at 20:25 British Summer Time 9 April

    Southampton 1-0 Coventry

Bradley Collins comes up with another big save in the Sky Blues goal.

This time he denies David Brooks, who was through one-on-one.

  20. Postpublished at 20:24 British Summer Time 9 April

    Plymouth 0-0 QPR

Ilias Chair is again the livewire looking to spark QPR to life in this game.

He clips a neat cross to the far post, where Paul Smyth is there to meet it. He gets a shot off, but sends it into the side-netting.
