You can hardly hear yourself think here - whether it is the piercing whistles when Liverpool have the ball or the wall of sound such as when Baris Alper Yilmaz raced clear on goal.

It was a familiar story, with Liverpool cut open far to easily, but also a familiar tale of goalkeeper Alisson to the rescue.

Richarlison just got the ball caught between his feet. I don't think he was expecting it to come all the way through to him. It was a great run from Bergvall.

    And another chance for Liverpool.

This time Cody Gakpo pings a lovely ball into the box and Hugo Ekitike tries to head into into the far corner but it's off target.

The Reds, who are playing in green shirts, are bossing possession.

    Chelsea 0-0 Benfica

Benfica have started this really brightly.

Dodi Lukebakio makes a good run through the middle of the park, lays it off then carries on his run and has a shot, fired at Robert Sanchez's near post.

The Chelsea keeper makes the save but only after it bounces off the near post. Close.

    Bodo/Glimt 0-0 Tottenham

Some good possession from Bodo/Glimt but Spurs' shape is holding firm so far as Lucas Bergvall wins the ball back and feeds in Richarlison.

The striker can't sort his feet out before a tame effort on target. Got to be doing better there.

Nicely worked from Benfica. Vangelis Pavlidis and Heorhii Sudakov play a nice little one-two down the left-hand side but Pavlidis' shot is straight at Robert Sanchez.

    Galatasaray 0-0 Liverpool

    This could be 2-2 already.

A dangerous ball into the Galatasaray box by Jeremie Frimpong is just about cut out.

Six minutes on the clock. Drama already at both ends of the pitch.

  8. 'Midfield balance not right'published at 20:06 BST 30 September

    Bodo/Glimt 0-0 Tottenham

Tottenham haven't quite got the midfield right. They are missing something in terms of creativity with Maddison out. I'm excited to see Johnson out there tonight, he has that ability to create something.

    Bodo/Glimt 0-0 Tottenham

First shot in anger in this one and it comes from Bodo/Glimt's Patrick Berg as he stings the gloves of Guglielmo Vicario's gloves from distance.

A lovely connection on the ball but Vicario should be dealing with that and he did.

Alejandro Garnacho's cutback doesn't meet the intended player but Enzo Fernandez is alert on the edge of the box and has a go himself, dragging his low shot wide.

  11. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:04 BST 30 September

    Galatasaray 0-0 Liverpool

    What. On. Earth.

Liverpool's suspect defence is sliced wide open and Baris Alper Yilmaz is through with just Alisson to beat from an angle but the Liverpool keeper stands tall and makes the save.

    Now a corner for Galatasaray.

Chants of "Jose Mourinho" at Stamford Bridge in the home end.

The Portuguese manager was booed here while managing his previous club Manchester United but now the dust has settled his public accept him.

Mourinho's confidence that he wouldn't get booed was well-founded.

Jose Mourinho is being serenaded by the home supporters already.

Three Premier League titles, one FA Cup and three League Cups will do that.

    Bodo/Glimt 0-0 Tottenham

The home side clear the free kick but the referee has just been taken out!

Ivan Kruzliak fell into the shoulder of Lucas Bergvall and needed a few seconds to gather himself on the deck but he's fine now.

As suspected when the team sheet dropped, Dominik Szoboszlai is playing right-back. Thousands of whistles from the home fans each time a Liverpool shirt touches the ball and the visitors win a corner inside the opening minute.

    Chelsea 0-0 Benfica

Jose Mourinho has his game face on after a warm embrace with Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca.

The now-Benfica manager faces enough pressure leading the Portuguese giants to over-egg this occasion any further while the match is ongoing.

The Portuguese side lost to Qarabag in their first match and need to have a go at Chelsea tonight.
