    Galatasaray 1-0 Liverpool

Richard Rios (18 mins, own goal)

Chelsea come forward at pace and a dangerous ball to the back post from Pedro Neto is cut back by Alejandro Garnacho.

There's no Chelsea bodies in there to stick it home but it's a packed six-yard box and Richard Rios slams into the roof of his own net.

    Chelsea 0-0 Benfica

Pedro Neto lets fly with a shot on the edge of the area and it's a brilliant one. He strikes it with power but it drags agonisingly wide.

Even Enzo Maresca applauded that one on the touchline. He wants to see more of that positive play.

    Bodo/Glimt 0-0 Tottenham

The Spurs defence is forced to take action as Jens Petter Hauge latches on to the flick on in the box but isn't able to get his shot off.

    Danger there, though.

That decision to play Szoboszlai at right back and not Frimpong - he has been attacked twice, done for pace and has given away a penalty.

    Bodo/Glimt 0-0 Tottenham

Micky van de Van gets a word off the referee with Spurs taking their time when they can.

A Bodo/Glimt fans in stand decides to shout some of his own words of wisdom too.

Chelsea's lineup looks like it could invite anti - Jose Mourinho football. Benfica will need a strong start to the game to beat Chelsea as we have strong depth on the bench.

    Chelsea 0-0 Benfica

    Ally McCoist
Former Rangers striker on TNT Sports at Stamford Bridge

Excellent ball from the right-hand side but once he come in he needs to be five yards further in. If you are attacking there you can meet the ball and be aggressive with it.

  11. PENALTY TO GALATASARAYpublished at 20:15 BST 30 September

    Galatasaray 0-0 Liverpool

Liverpool should be 1-0 up but Cody Gakpo's attempt is hooked off the line. Moments later Baris Alper Yilmaz goes down in the Liverpool box and the referee points to the spot after the Galatasaray player is caught by makeshift right-back Dominik Szoboszlai.

    Galatasaray 0-0 Liverpool

A gorgeous cross-field pass by Virgil van Dijk finds Jeremie Frimpong out wide on the right. Liverpool cannot get it into the box.

    Chelsea 0-0 Benfica

    Simon Stone
BBC Sport Chief Football News Reporter at Stamford Bridge

It looks like Chelsea are going to dominate this game in terms of possession and territory but Benfica look quite lively on the break.

Dodi Lukebakio is dropping into positions that makes it difficult for Chelsea's defenders to decide whether they should pick him up or players higher up the pitch.

Alejandro Garnacho might have to help Marc Cucurella out.

    Lucy Ward

Coming here you would expect not to have the ball as much, particularly in the opening stages. Spurs just need to stay organised and compact, and we have seen that already.

  15. Postpublished at 20:13 BST 30 September

    Bodo/Glimt 0-0 Tottenham

This is a proper old school European away performance from Tottenham so far.

No urgency in attack but happy with it being goalless. For now anyway.

  16. Postpublished at 20:13 BST 30 September

    Chelsea 0-0 Benfica

The ball is whipped across the box from the right-hand side all the way to Alejandro Garnacho on the left but the Argentine lets the ball bounce rather than taking the shot on straight away and he makes it tough for himself, dragging the shot wide.

    Bodo/Glimt 0-0 Tottenham

Only one side have stopped Bodo/Glimt scoring at home in 2025 and that team is... Tottenham.

Can they do it again tonight?

  18. 'This is a concern'published at 20:11 BST 30 September

    Chelsea 0-0 Benfica

    Ally McCoist
Former Rangers striker on TNT Sports at Stamford Bridge

It's a good save and a good stop but yet again, from the same position.

This is a concern, second time in the last seven or eight minutes [Benfica had a chance].

There is a lot happening in this game and there is a real confidence around Galatasaray.

Let's see if they can get [Ilkay] Gundogan on the ball - he hasn't really had much [so far]. He has got a lot of pace up ahead of him.

  20. Elsewhere on the continentpublished at 20:10 BST 30 September

Giacomo Raspadori has put Atletico Madrid into the lead at home to Eintracht Frankfurt, while Igor Paixão has just capitalised on a defensive mistake from Ajax to put Marseille 1-0 up at the Velodrome.
