Lando Norris is absolutely on it!

Lando will have around a seven-tenths advantage from that DRS across a lap if Max can't find another advantage to get it back for himself.

The gap is under one second and Lando Norris is within DRS range of Max Verstappen. The Red Bull man is being hunted down by the papaya car. Is he going to stay ahead? He does on lap 54.

The reason he [Verstappen] feels like that is that they had the delay and the gap was at seven seconds before this, and he's now down to 2.8 seconds.

It was 6.5-second by Red Bull, which has left the door open for Lando Norris to draw closer to the reigning world champion on track.

They [Ferrari and Leclerc] are trying to go a long distance on that medium tyre.

I have to say it looks like Leclerc's tyres are a bit worn, he's sliding around a bit there.

Both Max Verstappen and Lando Norris have headed into the pits at the same time. Red Bull are a slow with their change and the Dutchman sighs on the radio. The two are on the medium tyres, with Verstappen still ahead. But for how long?

Verstappen: "Tyres are ****, Man!"

In the car he [Verstappen] doesn't realise how good he's got it to be honest.

They are doing exactly the right thing on that pit-wall.

Max Verstappen has been busy on the phone to Red Bull discussing the tyres' performance. The Dutchman thinks this hard compound is done.

Charles Leclerc was told he could get into the points today and all was not lost. Well, the Ferrari man is now up to 11th after his many pit stops in Spielberg.

That was as clean a move as you can get, really well done for Piastri to get the move done [on Hamilton] and he can now set his sights to Carlos Sainz and fighting for those extra points.

Daniel Ricciardo just missed out on Q3 yesterday but the way things have shaken out so far, the Australian is up into the points in 10th place. The two Haas drivers are also on to score some prizes, with Nico Hulkenberg in eighth and Kevin Magnussen in ninth.

Verstappen: "I can't hold this much longer, mate behind."

Carlos Sainz slots into George Russell's podium place following the Mercedes man's pit. But no sooner have I typed that, the Spaniard is in for a changeover.

Teams that are looking strong here are Red Bull although Perez is not really doing anything particularly exciting.

Last year, Perez went from 15th on the grid to finish third. It's nothing like that here today.

Mercedes have called in George Russell for a change of tyres. The medium compound has been binned and it's time for the hard rubber to do its thing now. Russell comes out out in sixth place.

Both of the Aston Martins I'm afraid are way outside the points, I don't think you are going to see any points scored today by Aston Martin in Austria.

Alex Albon is the latest driver to be given a time penalty - five seconds for the Williams man for crossing the pit entry line.
