Zach Johnson is continuing to roll back the years. He's a fella who knows how to get the job done at Augusta National. He's got the Green Jacket to prove it.

The 2007 Masters champion got cracking on Moving Day with a six-under 66 only matched by McIlroy.

Today, the 49-year-old former US Ryder Cup captain is one under and now into tied fifth.

After bogeying the first, Johnson responded with an eagle on the second and has level pegged since.

What do you think Rory McIlroy and Bryson DeChambeau are saying to each other as they stride down the fifth fairway after their balls?

    Maybe they're swapping TV recommendations.

Second hardest hole on the course for this final pair and it's Bryson DeChambeau's turn to lace his drive down five.

Rory McIlroy's ball is in the trees somewhere on the right.

  4. Lowry challenge overpublished at 20:32 British Summer Time 13 April

Oh dear, Shane Lowry looks like his outside chance has now well and truly disappeared after following a double bogey with a bogey to tumbled down the leaderboard at two under.

Don't forget - as well as our words of wisdom, you can follow everything from the team at Augusta on BBC Radio Five live - although beware - we have had five mentions of quick trips to the loo from Mark Chapman in about 30 seconds.

    It's nervy stuff, for everyone!

    McIlroy -12, DeChambeau -9 (4)

About 10 minutes ago, Rory McIlroy was shuffling around, staring down the barrel.

He's just nailed a birdie putt and that, compared with Bryson DeChambeau's bogey-bogey, means he's suddenly three shots clear.

He'll feel like he's walking on air heading to the fifth.

    What is going on?

  8. Another bogey for DeChambeaupublished at 20:28 British Summer Time 13 April

    DeChambeau -9 (4)

    Missed!

Back to back bogeys for Bryson.

  9. Postpublished at 20:27 British Summer Time 13 April

    McIlroy -11, DeChambeau -10 (3)

Treacherous-looking shot here for Bryson DeChambeau as he weighs up 25 yards of downhill left-to-right nastiness.

Judging by the lope in his stride, it's got him wracking his brains.

He starts his putt so high that it looks like it's headed to the fifth tee but there's some method there as it rolls back towards the cup.

Creative - but after the previous hole, will he fancy 12 feet for par?

  10. Day holes outpublished at 20:25 British Summer Time 13 April

    Aberg -7 Day-6 (5)

Jason Day makes a move on the fifth as he holes out from the fringe about 30 feet from the holes for a birdie to move him to six under and heading towards getting involved here.

Ludvig Aberg misses another putt for birdie though - he's playing nicely but needs his putter to warm up if he's to launch a serious challenge.

Over to Bryson DeChambeau and he looks a touch concerned with that tee shot.

He has thrown it wide, to the far right edge of the green and, as we know at Augusta, these putting surfaces have some serious contours.

And he's a long way from the pin.

    McIlroy -11, DeChambeau -10 (2)

The fourth is a long par three at 232 yards and Rory McIlroy's pulled out a four iron.

He's thrown an absolute dart onto that green.

Maybe he's playing a 16-hole tournament? Majestic stuff.

  13. Postpublished at 20:20 British Summer Time 13 April

    Conners -6 Reed -4 (4)

Scruffy bogey on four for Corey Conners, yes the damage is done on the green but his tee shot was pretty short for a ball striker like him.

Every bogey seems a lot worse for the chasing pack today, especially if McIlroy has started to get his game in shape.

If we were wondering which side the patrons are on, that giant noise at the third is clear evidence Rory McIlroy has lots of fans out here.

Bryson DeChambeau has a huge fanbase, but I'd wager McIlroy would be the more popular winner today.

  15. Postpublished at 20:18 British Summer Time 13 April

    Come on, admit it.

How many of you gave up on Rory McIlroy after that start?

  16. DeChambeau bogeys the thirdpublished at 20:17 British Summer Time 13 April

    McIlroy -11, DeChambeau -10 (3)

That makes this putt ever testier for Bryson DeChambeau.

A nine footer of his own to save par and he is really ruminating over it.

Up he steps and rolls it wide!

    McIlroy back in the lead.

What a roar from the third green as Rory McIlroy rolls that putt in.

It's reverberated around Augusta - and is a terrific reminder to Bryson DeChambeau that he does not plan to go anywhere.

  18. McIlroy back in businesspublished at 20:15 British Summer Time 13 April

    McIlroy -11 (3)

There's the Rory McIlroy people came to see!

  19. Postpublished at 20:14 British Summer Time 13 April

    McIlroy -10, DeChambeau -11 (2)

No-one is going to rush Bryson DeChambeau as he goes through his routine before this rapid downhill putt at the third green.

It looks OK but takes a sharp dart to the left just before the hole and trundles away.

    That'll test him coming back.

  20. Angry Abergpublished at 20:14 British Summer Time 13 April

    Aberg -7 Day-5 (4)

Ludvig Aberg shakes his putter angrily left as his birdie putt on the fourth just whistles past the right edge for what would have taken him to eight under and bang in the picture.

The Swede still looks the most likely challenger to come out of the pack though.
