  1. DeChambeau makes birdie on fourpublished at 20:09 British Summer Time 14 April

    DeChambeau -2, Schauffele -3 (4)

Just when you think Bryson DeChambeau is going away, he finds a terrific tee shot on the fourth and tidies away a birdie from distance.

A puff of the cheeks and on with business.

Xander Schauffele is pin high and eyeing up 25 feet to move closer to the leaders. No, it's dragged. Par once more.

  2. Postpublished at 20:06 British Summer Time 14 April

    Fleetwood -2, Young -1 (6)

A frustrated look to the side from Tommy Fleetwood as his decent birdie effort on the sixth scoots past the hole.

He pumps fists with his caddie Gray Murray, the Augusta National expert who is carrying his bag this week.

A bit of local knowledge would be ideal to fire Fleetwood up the leaderboard.

  3. Postpublished at 20:05 British Summer Time 14 April

    McIlroy +2 (9)

Oh hello. Rory McIlroy makes consecutive birdies on the eighth and ninth to jump on the birdie train.

Is the Northern Irishman about to ignite his final round and maybe raise the spirits of those who have had a little flutter on the four-time major champ on an each-way basis?

  4. Postpublished at 20:04 British Summer Time 14 April

    Scheffler -7, Morikawa -6 (1)

Scottie Scheffler in a spot of bother at the second, as he's gone long and into the patrons at the back of the green - also it's his third shot as he found the bunker off the tee so work to do for his par.

  5. DeChambeau goes backwardspublished at 20:02 British Summer Time 14 April

    DeChambeau -1, Schauffele -3 (3)

It should have been pars for this duo on three through two very different ways of getting there.

Bryson DeChambeau via a twice-taken chip and a necessary par putt from eight feet. Only he's missed it. Down to one under.

Xander Schauffele has a decent-looking birdie shout but knocks it past and taps home.

  6. Homa & Aberg collect birdiespublished at 20:02 British Summer Time 14 April

    Homa -6, Aberg -5 (2)

Ludvig Aberg's chip on leaves him a 22-foot putt for birdie on the second but the Swede's putter is hot and his ball disappears into the heart of the hole.

His calm reaction to that suggests he means business.

Max Homa's 34-hole wait for a birdie comes to an end as he taps in and the American gets a huge hand from the patrons following this pariring.

    DeChambeau -2, Schauffele -3 (2)

After a fine chip on the second, Bryson DeChambeau's effort from 25 yards is horrible on the third and rolls back off the shoulder of the green.

    It's actually finished behind him.

    Not his day so far.

  9. Postpublished at 19:58 British Summer Time 14 April

    Homa -5, Aberg -4 (1)

After absolutely nailing his tee shot some 376-yards on the second, a slightly loose approach from Ludvig Aberg drifts well left and misses the green.

He'll have a tricky chip and run from there the full length of the dance floor.

Max Homa has his sand wedge out after failing to hold the green with his approach and dinks his ball down to two feet.

  10. Postpublished at 19:57 British Summer Time 14 April

    Fleetwood -2, Young -1 (5)

Another par for Tommy Fleetwood on five who, after that ferocious start got us excited, seems to have settled into a steady rhythm.

    He remains five back.

Same for Cameron Young who two putts successfully from 60 feet.

  11. Postpublished at 19:53 British Summer Time 14 April

    An -1, Smith -3, (4)

Cameron Smith's tee shot pulls up a few feet short of the front bunker on the par-three fourth hole.

It's the sort of shot that terrifies your recreational golfer but not the man from Brisbane, who clips into four feet and rolls in for par.

Byeong Hun An lands his iron onto the green but looks a tad disappointed to have a 40-foot putt for birdie on a surface which slopes back to the front but two carefully-paced putts ensure no mishaps.

  12. Pars for leaderspublished at 19:51 British Summer Time 14 April

    Scheffler -7, Morikawa -6 (1)

Scottie Scheffler lands a nice two putt from miles away at the front of the first, and Collin Morikawa has to settle for the same as he right-to-lefter just drifts by.

They tee off at the second knowing this is a big scoring opportunity - it's playing a half-shot under par so far today with four eagles. Can these two add another?

  13. Successive birdies for Hojgaardpublished at 19:49 British Summer Time 14 April

    Davis -1, Hojgaard -2 (3)

It's a nice enough chip from a tough spot for Nicolai Hojgaard and he manages to knock in a tricky putt to pick up successive birdies after that double bogey start.

It's an eventful opening for the Dane.

  14. Schauffele makes birdie on twopublished at 19:48 British Summer Time 14 April

    DeChambeau -2, Schauffele -3 (2)

Fine recovery from Bryson DeChambeau who shows a deft touch to set up a birdie chance from nine feet.

Oh, he's missed it. He has to settle for par.

Xander Schauffele fancied an eagle to really move in the right direction but is just off target. A birdie at this stage'll do nicely though.

  15. Postpublished at 19:46 British Summer Time 14 April

    Davis -1, Hojgaard -1 (2)

Nicolai Hojgaard birdies the par-five second to get one of those two shots he lost on the first back.

He then drives the green on and third but the ball falls off the back leaving an awkward short game test.

  16. Postpublished at 19:44 British Summer Time 14 April

    Scheffler -7, Morikawa -6

Scottie Scheffler comes up a club short on the first green with an ambitious nine iron from 161 - but Collin Morikawa gets his distance spot on to land one pin high for a birdie look.

  17. Homa's birdie wait continuespublished at 19:44 British Summer Time 14 April

    Homa -5, Aberg -4 (1)

That tree line was clearly not an issue for Max Homa on the first. The American aims well right but draw his ball right back in and lands it on the heart of the dance floor to set up a birdie chance.

But once again he's left frustrated with his ball tracking left away from the cup. The 33-year-old has not made a birdie since the fourth hole in his second round and his long wait continues.

Ludvig Aberg is also slap bang in the middle of the green but having followed Homa, also sees his putt roll off left to leave a tap in at gimme range.

A cracking second shot from Xander Schauffele on second sets up an eagle putt from 16 feet.

His partner Bryson DeChambeau hooks his approach and will be chipping from off the green once again.

  19. Young bogeys fourpublished at 19:39 British Summer Time 14 April

    Fleetwood -2, Young -1 (4)

Five feet for par on the fourth for Tommy Fleetwood after finding the bunker off the tee.

    Tucked - no drama.

No such luck for Cam Young who has immediately given back the shot he gained on the previous hole.

  20. Final pair underwaypublished at 19:38 British Summer Time 14 April

    Scheffler -7, Morikawa -6

Our final pair are under way, and remember 28 of the past 33 Masters champions have come from the final group.

Scottie Scheffler slides a power fade down into the middle of the fairway, and Collin Morikawa follows him with something similar.

    Game on!
