Roberto Martinez has confirmed Everton will not appeal Kevin Mirallas’ red card at Swansea on Saturday.

The Belgian was sent off just moments after appearing as a substitute at the Liberty Stadium.

Martinez did say the sending-off was "harsh".

He said: "I don’t think we have got a chance to get it overturned so we need to feel hurt with the decision and support Kevin."
