Quique Sanchez Flores news conferencepublished at 10:52 Greenwich Mean Time 1 March 2016

Manchester United v Watford (Wed, 20:00 GMT)

Some more quotes from Watford boss Quique Sanchez Flores, this time concerning 18-year-old Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford, who has scored four goals in his first two senior matches.

"He has been really good," says Flores. "He has high quality and I love how he moved into space and is expecting the cross.

"He is a very good player, a good talent and very good news for Manchester United."

One last line from Slaven Bilic before he disappears off into the sunset - or, more accurately, the London drizzle - and it concerns Andy Carroll.

"He is an important player for us. He is at the stage where he is making a huge impact when he comes on," says the gaffer.

"He got injured against Bournemouth but he is back and there is a question in my head - is he back for 90 minutes? We will decide."

Slaven Bilic news conferencepublished at 10:36 Greenwich Mean Time 1 March 2016

West Ham v Tottenham (Wed, 19:45 GMT)

So to the game, which is a big one - a showdown against in-form Tottenham.

"This is a big London derby. The message is I would like our fans to get behind the team and the club in a positive way," says Bilic.

"Spurs deserve to be there in the table. They have played many games but they are doing amazing They have scored the most goals "

West Ham are sixth-top, just a point off the Europa League spot currently occupied by Man United.

"We are doing well but in football there is no space for yesterday. It is about today and tomorrow. We have a massive game now," says the Hammers boss.

"We want to try and continue our unbeaten home record. It would be brilliant if we stay unbeaten and win all six of them.

"If we play like we have been doing then we have a chance. We beat Sunderland but we need to be more consistent."

Slaven Bilic news conferencepublished at 10:24

West Ham v Tottenham (Wed, 19:45 GMT)

Slaven Bilic is now waxing lyrical about midfielder Michail Antonio.

"He came here from the Championship dreaming about the Premier League. He had to wait for his chance. He didn't moan," the boss says.

"He got his chance and since then he has been good for us. His pace and energy is there and he is becoming a player of massive importance."

    HomerImage source, Getty Images

Antonio hit the headlines the other day for a bizarre choice of goal celebration; which he later explained was meant to be in the style of Homer Simpson break dancing (if you're confused click here).

"I am a big fan of the Simpsons and saw his celebrations. To see him connected with Homer Simpson - no connection between the two," says Bilic, to much amusement from the assembled press. "Homer is lazy. Michail is a workaholic. But I enjoyed his celebration."

West Ham v Tottenham (Wed, 19:45 GMT)

West Ham have not lost at home since August, which is a pretty nice stat for a manager to talk about. Which is exactly what Bilic is doing now.

"We have been playing well and hope it continues. We had a couple of home defeats at the start but we are not losing since," he says.

"We want to be stable at home. We are playing good and it is team-work. The back four and keeper take a lot of credit.

"But it is a team game and I hope it will continue like that. We have some players back and we hope to have Winston Reid and Enner Valencia back next week."

Gnat:, external Played against Lee Sharpe in a 5-a-side tournament a few years back. Tried to tackle him. Failed miserably.

James Price:, external At school we played against Ciaran Clark, he enjoyed a scrap or two. That'll help next season in the Championship surely.

Slaven Bilic has arrived. We thought his news conference was due to start at 09:00 GMT. Then it became 09:30. Now it's gone 10 but, hey, what's an hour or so between friends.

He begins with good news about striker Diafra Sakho. "He has been training with us for a week and we will see him today. He might be in the squad," says the boss.

But West Ham definitely won't have Sam Byram, who is suspended. "It is hard to believe a player of his stature has got ten bookings and will be out for two games," says Bilic.

Wigan coach Shaun Wane does not expect England hooker Michael McIlorum to play again this year.

The 28-year-old has undergone surgery after sustaining a broken and dislocated ankle in the Warriors' 42-12 World Club Series defeat by Brisbane Broncos last month.

"Micky's operation went well, the surgeon is really happy," Wane said. "It will be a long one, I can't see him playing again this year."

Arsenal v Swansea (Wed, 19:45 GMT)

We take it back. One final Arsene Wenger snippet.

The Arsenal boss is asked what he made of the comments by Sky Sports pundit Graeme Souness, who accused the Gunners of lacking backbone and being a joke.

Wenger, disappointingly for everyone, is as diplomatic as could be with his reply.

"I’m never surprised by criticism that comes after defeat. It is always excessive and emotional but we have to deal with that," the Frenchman says.

"Look I don’t want to respond to individual criticism because I accept that people are emotional. We want to put it into perspective and analyse things a bit more in a neutral way. I believe this club is respected all over the world, despite what people say."

A final few words from Arsene Wenger and it's about the test his players face against Swansea tomorrow.

"Swansea will fight very hard, with great commitment and be very organised defensively," says Wenger, who adds that he will have to be "cautious" about starting with Danny Welbeck again.

The striker - who has scored two goals in two appearances since returning from long-term injury - began the game at Manchester United. Expect Olivier Giroud to return tomorrow.

And that's all from Arsene, over and out from the Emirates.

Quique Sanchez Flores news conferencepublished at 09:45 Greenwich Mean Time 1 March 2016

Manchester United v Watford (Wed, 20:00 GMT)

Some quotes from Watford boss Quique Sanchez Flores, whose side are three points away from reaching the 40-point mark.

But they have a tough task tomorrow as they face Manchester United at Old Trafford.

"We are positive, but we are expecting a difficult match," said Flores. "They are on a good run, playing well and we respect the team, but we are there to be competitive and earn points.

"Forty points is the target, but it is not an obsession. Of course we like to get to it quickly, but we are expecting it. The important thing is about playing well."
