    England’s James Willstrop has moved up three places to sixth after the PSA Men’s World Rankings for March were released today, with the Yorkshireman reaching his highest ranking since November 2014.

    A combination of a hip injury and illness saw former world number one Willstrop tumble down the rankings over the past two years, at one point dropping out of the top 20 in late 2015.

    British number three Kyle Edmund is out of the ATP event in Acapulco, Mexico, after he was beaten 6-2 4-6 6-3 by American world number 40 Sam Querrey.

    Edmund, 22, ranked five places lower then Querrey, lost his only other top-level meeting with the 29-year-old at Eastbourne in 2014.

    But there were wins for the top two seeds Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal.

    Double Olympic boxing champion Nicola Adams is to take on the challenge of cycling 46 miles in July's RideLondon-Surrey 46.

    Adams will also mentor students and teachers from schools across the UK as they prepare for the ride.

    The event, on Sunday 30 July will see about 5,000 riders travel from Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, through the capital into Surrey and back to London for a finish on The Mall.

    Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola will not make a decision on Joe Hart's future until the end of the season.

    It is expected the England goalkeeper will leave City for good when his  loan at Serie A club Torino  ends in May.

    The 29-year-old has  reportedly attracted interest  from a number of Premier League and European clubs.

    Guardiola, who is "so happy" with keepers Willy Caballero and Claudio Bravo, said of Hart: "We will talk about it at the end of the season."

    Paul Fellows: Playing in goal at 5 a side in the states on what is essentially an ice hockey rink with AstroTurf rather than ice. 

    Cleared a through ball blindly, their keeper starts to come out,only for the ball to bounce on the corner of the advertising boards and bounce over his head and into the net. Went on to lose 2-1 but definitely a bizarre moment!

    West Ham United chairman David Gold hopes his side can repeat their EFL Cup victory over Chelsea when they face their London rivals in the Premier League at the London Stadium on Monday.

    The Hammers have only lost once in their last six games but will be the underdogs against the league leaders.

    Well, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp says Sturridge's future at the Merseyside club will be assessed at the end of the season.

    The 27-year-old has struggled with injuries and has failed to score in his last seven matches, leading to speculation that he could be on his way from Anfield.

    "We will make decisions and speak about Daniel and any other players about what will happen at the end of the season. A lot of things will influence this and we can speak about it when it is time," said Klopp. 

    "We have to bring him back to the best shape possible and then bring this season to an end as successfully as possible. Daniel was not in training for eight or nine days because of a virus infection."
