HT: Tampa Bay Buccaneers 7-16 New Orleans Saints

It's a nine-point game at the half in the Superdome.

And the Saints may have to manage without starting quarterback Jameis Winston for the rest of the game

  2. touchdown

Touchdown - Seahawkspublished at 21:56 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

    Jacksonville Jaguars 0-24 Seattle Seahawks

After the trick play gets them into a scoring position, the Seahawks keep it simple for the score.

On first down they attempt a back shoulder fade but the timing is off. No such problems on second down as they get the match-up they want.

DK Metcalf is in single coverage and it is too easy for the big-bodied receiver, who reels in a short touchdown catch - his second of the day.

  3. Trick playpublished at 21:54 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

    Jacksonville Jaguars 0-17 Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks' offence digs into its bag of tricks for this big completion to Tyler Lockett.

They sell a toss run play to the right to Alex Collins, who pitches it back to Geno Smith, and he hits Lockett in stride to set the Seahawks up in the red zone.

  4. touchdown

Touchdown - Saintspublished at 21:51 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 7-16 New Orleans Saints

The Saints are able to convert that turnover into points again but this time it's a touchdown.

Mark Ingram had a strong run on first down from the Saints' 34 that set the tone for the drive.

After two runs on the goal-line, Sean Payton decides to go with the play action and Trevor Siemian finds Alex Armah in the flat for his first touchdown in two years.

Brian Johnson hooks the PAT attempt wide.

  5. Turnover - Gardner-Johnson picks off Bradypublished at 21:47 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 7-10 New Orleans Saints

Tom Brady in a two-minute drill normally results in points for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

That is not the case this time though. The GOAT drops back to throw and CJ Gardner-Johnson undercuts Chris Godwin's route for the Saints' second takeaway in as many drives, to set the offence up with great field position.

  6. Turnover - Simmons with the interceptionpublished at 21:44 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

HT: Washington Football 3-10 Denver Broncos

Washington are unable to use that one minute effectively. They get to midfield before Taylor Heinicke is sacked by Stephen Weatherly, making his Broncos debut.

On fourth down with no time on the clock, Heinicke heaves a Hail Mary to the end zone but only finds Justin Simmons in the end zone for his second interception of the season.

  7. field goal

Field goal - Saintspublished at 21:42 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 7-10 New Orleans Saints

The New Orleans Saints, now being quarterbacked by Trevor Siemian, are able to convert the turnover into points as Brian Johnson's 23-yard field-goal attempt is good.

The Buccaneers took some tough penalties on that drive as they had an interception called back for roughing the passer.

  8. touchdown

Touchdown - Broncospublished at 21:34 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Washington Football Team 3-10 Denver Broncos

That is a strong drive from the Denver Broncos and gives them the lead with just one minute left in the half.

Teddy Bridgewater has a strong drive as he completes two passes to Albert Okwuegbunam and another to Tim Patrick to get the offence into the red zone.

He then swings a pass to Melvin Gordon, who takes the ball into the end zone for a 15-yard touchdown.

  9. Turnover - Saints with strip sack on Bradypublished at 21:30 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 7-7 New Orleans Saints

On third down from the New Orleans Saints' 31-yard line, Tom Brady is strip sacked by Cam Jordan. The ball is recovered by David Onyemata and that is a huge play by the Saints defence.

  10. field goal

Field goal - Seahawkspublished at 21:25 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

    Jacksonville Jaguars 0-17 Seattle Seahawks

All Seattle in this one as penalties really start to hurt the Jaguars - as if things weren't bad enough they're constantly shooting themselves in the foot with defensive mistakes here as they were really getting to Geno Smith.

Thankfully for them, it's only three points this time with Jason Myers clipping over a chip shot from 31.

  11. field goal

Field goal - Washingtonpublished at 21:23 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Washington Football Team 3-3 Denver Broncos

Chris Blewitt has already had a field goal blocked today, but he makes no mistake second time around as he kicks a long one from 52 yards to tie it up.

52 yards obviously isn't that long up at Mile High with the thinner air - it must be a lovely venue for kickers. I imagine it's nice for local golfers too....

  12. Sack - Geno under pressurepublished at 21:21 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

    Jacksonville Jaguars 0-14 Seattle Seahawks

Geno Smith is getting a bit of a hounding by the Jacksonville pass rush and it's Josh Allen who gets to him this time and brings him down for a big loss of 13 yards.

  13. field goal

Field goal - Patriotspublished at 21:20 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

New England Patriots 10-14 Los Angeles Chargers

Mac Jones just can't punch in another touchdown for the Patriots and they have to settle for a Nick Folk field goal from 24 yards out to reduce the lead to four.

  14. ouch!

Ouch! Winston hobbles offpublished at 21:18 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 7-7 New Orleans Saints

Awful looking injury for Jameis Winston as he hobbles off the field after being dragged down by Devin White, it was an awkward fall and Winston's left leg bent over in a bad way that usually results in some form of ligament damage.

Winston was playing so well against his old side as well, and if he can't come back in that'll be such a bad blow for him and the team. Back-up Trevor Siemian now comes in for the Saints, which may be bad enough news as it is.

  15. field goal

Field goal - Broncospublished at 21:12 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Washington Football Team 0-3 Denver Broncos

Bridgewater can't convert on third down but they're close enough to let Brandon McManus have a crack at a 45-yard field goal and he's one of the few kickers left in the NFL that's reliable it seems these days.

  16. Bridgewater brought downpublished at 21:11 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Washington Football Team 0-0 Denver Broncos

Teddy Bridgewater is sacked for a loss of seven yards to bring up a Denver third and 14, and it looks like this drive could stall again. A lot of good defence in Denver so far.

  17. Kupp sets new receiving markpublished at 21:08 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Los Angeles Rams 38-22 Houston Texans

  18. touchdown

Touchdown - Seahawkspublished at 21:03 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

    Jacksonville Jaguars 0-14 Seattle Seahawks

There's not a lot you can do sometimes as a defence if there's a nicely thrown ball and a huge wide receiver with great hands - and all of those things were present as Geno Smith lobs a nice pass to DK Metcalf for a 16-yard score.

Metcalf rises high and pulls in a nice catch as he twists into the end zone. Too good.

  19. touchdown

Touchdown - Saintspublished at 20:57 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 7-7 New Orleans Saints

It's a fine catch from Tre'Quan Smith but this drive was all about Jameis Winston, who has run and now passed his way through the Bucs defence to draw his new team level.

Winston has been playing this game down all week but he is fired up like you wouldn't believe!

  20. Lawrence picked offpublished at 20:56 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

    Jacksonville Jaguars 0-7 Seattle Seahawks

Trevor Lawrence is driving Jacksonville towards the Seattle end zone but then throws a costly interception as the Jags come up empty-handed. The rookie really needs to work on his ball security.
