Cincinnati Bengals 31-34 New York Jets

It's all happening at the end of this game, firstly with some dreadful clock management from the Jets but then they're bailed out by a really bad call by the officials as they flag the Bengals tackler for lowering the helmet in what looked a textbook tackle that would have brought up fourth down.

  2. touchdown

Touchdown - Coltspublished at 20:17 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

    Tennessee Titans 31-31 Indianapolis Colts

We are all tied up again!

For the second time today, the Titans are called for a pass interference play deep in their own half.

This time it is Kevin Byard who commits the offence in his own end zone, giving the Colts the ball on the one-yard line.

Frank Reich goes deep into his playbook as they bring out the wildcat and Nyheim Hines hands the ball off to Jonathan Taylor for a touchdown, and the Colts add the extra point with 22 seconds to go.

  3. touchdown

Touchdown - Chargerspublished at 20:17 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

New England Patriots 0-7 Los Angeles Chargers

The late games are under way and the Chargers are already in front.

Austin Ekeler is officially credited with a five-yard rushing TD but that's as much as a team score as you'll see as he's basically carried over the line by his team-mates in our second rugby-inspired touchdown of the day!

  4. touchdown

Touchdown - Billspublished at 20:15 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

FT: Miami Dolphins 11-26 Buffalo Bills

Josh Allen takes it in himself to put this game to bed after Miami threatened to pull off an upset. Buffalo get back to winning ways and move to 5-2 for the season.

  5. Panthers lose Darnold but stop skidpublished at 20:13 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

FT: Carolina Panthers 19-13 Atlanta Falcons

The Panthers really needed a win here to keep their play-off dreams alive. After a red hot start for Matt Rhule's team, they had lost four in a row and were staring down the barrel of another season without post-season football.

It was a much better game from Sam Darnold, who took care of the football but suffered an injury that will be one to monitor for the Panthers' medical staff.

For the Falcons, it is a result that ends their two-game winning streak and brings them back down to 3-4 on the season.

  6. touchdown

Touchdown - Titanspublished at 20:09 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

    Tennessee Titans 31-24 Indianapolis Colts

Oh Carson Wentz, what are you doing?! This could be the moment that defines the game.

You'd think he would have learned from last week when he attempted a ridiculous flip pass that was picked off by the 49ers.

The Colts come out on first down and try to run a tight end screen from their own eight-yard line.

Wentz is under pressure and cannot get the ball to Mo Alie-Cox. He decides to try to throw the ball away while he is being dragged down.

What a huge mistake as it goes right into the arms of rookie Elijah Molden at the two-yard line for the pick-six!

  7. Burrow goes dowmpublished at 20:08 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Cincinnati Bengals 31-34 New York Jets

These Jets are fired up now, as Joe Burrow is sacked again to bring up fourth down and the shell-shocked Bengals have to punt it away as we approach the two-minute warning.

  8. FT: Jimmy G inspires Ninerspublished at 20:07 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

San Francisco 49ers 33-22 Chicago Bears

Joey Slye boots a late field goal as Jimmy Garoppolo's inspired comeback earns the 49ers a vital victory at Soldier Field - despite some heroics from Justin Fields.

Ben Roethlisberger earns yet another win in Cleveland in a tough AFC North victory - is there any other kind in this division?

  10. touchdown

Touchdown - Jetspublished at 20:04 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Cincinnati Bengals 31-34 New York Jets

Upset alert! Here we go, right away the Jets strike to take the lead as Tyler Croft gathers a 13-yard TD pass from Mike White, and this game then gets even crazier as QB White goes on to gather the two-point conversion throw from Jamison Crowder on the trick play.

    What a finish!

  11. Browns can't convertpublished at 20:02 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

    Pittsburgh Steelers 15-10 Cleveland Browns

That could be the game there as Baker Mayfield can't convert the pass on fourth down to Jarvis Landry, who hasn't played well at all late on in this game.

Pittsburgh can milk the clock now on the way to victory.

  12. Burrow picked offpublished at 20:00 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

    Cincinnati Bengals New York Jets

Shaq Lawson shows great athleticism for a big man to jump right up on Joe Burrow's face as the Bengals QB is intercepted on the very first play after the touchdown to give the Jets a huge chance now out of nowhere.

  13. touchdown

Touchdown - Jetspublished at 19:58 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Cincinnati Bengals 31-26 New York Jets

Ty Johnson earns a new nickname of twinkle toes as he dances down the sideline, without going out of bounds somehow, and he gets the touchdown which makes this a serious ball game now.

  14. field goal

Field goal - Falconspublished at 19:57 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

FT: Carolina Panthers 19-13 Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons need two scores and have 21 seconds to get them in. They decide to go for the field goal.

Younghoe Koo may have missed earlier but he makes no mistake from 53 yards.

It is too little too late, though, as Robby Anderson covers the onside kick-off to end the game.

  15. Ridley 'stepping away' to focus on mental wellbeingpublished at 19:51 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

    Carolina Panthers 19-10 Atlanta Falcons

Atlanta's star receiver Calvin Ridley sat out today's game, meaning he's missed two of the last three, and the 26-year-old just made this announcement on social media...

  16. Turnover - Stephon Gilmore with a huge takeawaypublished at 19:50 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

    Carolina Panthers 19-10 Atlanta Falcons

What a way to announce yourself to your new team!

Stephon Gilmore has followed Kyle Pitts all over the field today and he comes up with a huge interception.

Matt Ryan is hit as he throws and the pass flutters right into the hands of the defensive back.

  17. touchdown

Touchdown - Texanspublished at 19:47 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Los Angeles Rams 38-22 Houston Texans

They are still down 17 but this Houston team does not know how to quit.

They convert the onside recovery as Davis Mills connects with Brevin Jordan from nine yards out.

Houston also convert the two-point attempt and it is now a two-score game with just over two-and-a-half minutes to go.

  18. touchdown

    Touchdown - 49erspublished at 19:47 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

San Francisco 49ers 30-22 Chicago Bears

Jimmy G again! Garoppolo is showing that he's a tough competitor today as he's taking on a fearsome defence head-on and now grabs his second touchdown of the game.

    Whatever Justin Fields can do.....

  19. touchdown

Touchdown - Dolphinspublished at 19:46 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

    Miami Dolphins 11-17 Buffalo Bills

Tua Tagovailoa takes the ball himself and gets into the end zone for the touchdown that drags the Dolphins right back into this game, especially as they make the two-point conversion to make it just a six-point game.

Still over seven minutes left in what's still a close ball game here.

  20. Onside kick-off recovered by the Texanspublished at 19:44 Greenwich Mean Time 31 October 2021

Los Angeles Rams 38-14 Houston Texans

Last week we said that Houston play with grit and determination. Well that has carried over to this week as the Texans recover an onside kick.

The Texans refuse to go quietly.
