Maybe not superhuman but Mahomes finds Travis Kelce again for what must be his 276th catch tonight. Feels like it anyway.

Ooh, a pass interference penalty drives the Chiefs out of field goal range on third down.

So Patrick Mahomes connects with Travis Kelce to get them back into range and Harrison Butker nails the 50-yard kick for the first points of this seciond half.

Kansas City lead by 10.

The health of Patrick Mahomes' ankle doesn't matter if the Jaguars are going to give him as much time as he just enjoyed.

He could have been sat in a hospital bed with his leg in a sling.

Noah Gray is wide open in the middle of the park to receive the pass too. What were Jacksonville doing there?

Jags quarterback Trevor Lawrence throws short of Christian Kirk on third down and 12 - and it's another punt.

It comes close to being blocked but Kadarius Toney returns it to the Chiefs' 40-yard line, decent field position now for the hosts.

With Patrick Mahomes' injury issues, Kansas City are going to need their defense to step up - and so far they are doing just that.

The Chiefs are challenging the on-field ruling that Pacheco did not gain a first down with that run...

It fails. And the Chiefs are short on third down and inches too. They snap it straight to tight end Noah Gray but he's stopped short.

Another punt, a third straight one to begin this second half.
