    The Chiefs enter this year's play-offs after a seventh straight AFC West title, if they win tonight they'll become just the third team in NFL history to appear in five consecutive Championship Games.

    The Oakland Raiders team of the 1970s and the New England Patriots from 2011-18 are the only other teams to achieve this, and shows that Patrick Mahomes is already leading something of a dynasty.
