The Jacksonville Jaguars may well be glad to be back in their adopted second home of London because their Everbank Stadium has not been a happy hunting ground for them this season.

Trevor Lawrence's Jags have lost both of their games there, having begun the campaign with a decent win at Indianapolis.

OK, a narrow defeat by reigning Super Bowl champions Kansas City is little to be ashamed about.

But last weekend's hammering at the hands of divisional rivals Houston will have stung the Jaguars ahead of their trip to England's capital.

Five regular-season games are being held this side of the Atlantic for the first time ever in an NFL campaign, starting with this afternoon's meeting between Atlanta and Jacksonville at Wembley Stadium.

Three of those matches are being played in London while the other two take place next month in Frankfurt.

The NFL has been coming to England for more than a decade now but debuted in Germany only last November when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the Seattle Seahawks in Munich.
