The Steelers try a run up the gut first time, then Mason Rudolph throws to Diontae Johnson but, wait, it's picked off!

And it's the revenge of Kaiir Elam, who has had a tough couple of plays but he dives on the ball this time to grab the interception.

After a 10-play drive, right the way down to the goal line, Pittsburgh come up empty handed. That's a hammer blow.

Kaiir Elam is flagged for Buffalo for pulling back Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson - that's about as clear a penalty as you'll see, and it gives Pittsburgh the ball on the three-yard line.

Great work from Mason Rudolph to escape another sack then lob the ball to Pat Freiermuth, who just runs over the defender to grab a first down.

Greg Rousseau comes bursting through for the Bills and he grabs Mason Rudolph and tackles him to the ground for the first sack of the game - an 11-yard loss for Pittsburgh.

Buffalo make a slice of history with two tight ends catching TD passes in the first quarter of a play-off game, and they've been well on top throughout.

Work to do for Pittsburgh.

That's a lucky break for Pittsburgh, who really need to work on their ball security.

Pat Freiermuth gets the 33-yard gain credited to him but Mike Tomlin will be reminding him, and the rest of his offence, to keep tighter hold of that football!

The refs disagree but Sean McDermott is having none of it and challenges again...

Make a stop says Mike Tomlin to his defence, and they do just that and force the punt. It's a much better kick from Buffalo who pin Pittsburgh back inside their own 10.

It's not going well for Pittsburgh right now as they're forced to kick it away again, and with just a 30-yard punt from Pressley Harvin the Bills will have it back on their own 44.

It's looking tough already for the visitors.
