    It's a bit of an rash dismissal as Donald attempts to pull one off a length, completely misses it, and the ball clatters into the top of the stumps.

    A decent performance from the home side, a great toss to win, they put Yorkshire in, shot them out for 159 and since then you always felt have been the favourites.

    It looked as if this game wouldn't have long to go when went down to 135-6 but the partnership between Nathan Smith (41*) and Matthew Waite (39*) is making things much more interesting.

    The Pears still trail by a mammoth 242 but they will be thinking if they can stay in the game today, the weather might just do them a favour tomorrow.

    He failed in both Yorkshire innings and now Harry Brook concedes the winning runs as the White Rose are beaten at Lord's.

    Stevie Eskinazi tucks him away for three to finish 18 not out, with Ryan Higgins on 33 at the other end.

    Yorkshire did well to make Middlesex wait until the 58th over to reach such a modest target and secure their first win of the season.

    Ben Coad was the pick of their attack with 2-20, but a stand of 59 between Higgins and Leus du Plooy (42) carried Middlesex to within touching distance of the finishing line.

    Wicketkeeper Ben Brown is a useful experienced head for Hampshire here as they look to chip away at Warwickshire's total and look to bat out most of this session.

    Brown crisply drives the last ball of Craig Miles' 13th over through the covers for a stylish four. Hants trail by 112 runs.
