    Aussie one-two

I'm not sure the majority of the crowd were fully concentrating on the first of the women's 200m semis.

They were drinking down a green and gold one-two in the javelin where Kathryn Mitchell and Kelsey Lee Robert won silver and gold respectively.

Mitchell spots one of her nearest and dearest in the front row and practically vaults into the stands with a shriek.

The medal table makes messy reading for any England fans hoping they could poop the Aussies' own party by the way. The hosts have more than twice as many gold medals.

Ross Haslam makes a mistake in his fifth dive and only scores 30.0 - that could be very, very costly for him.

It's a tremendous dive from James Heatly though and he keeps himself among the medals. And of course, Jack Laugher nails it and is ahead by more than 28 points with one dive to go.
