The teams line up for the national anthems. One of the England players is really going for it. Sounds like one of the Yorkies.

SA 262-7 (50 overs) - won toss

Ebony Rainford-Brent
Ex-England batter on BBC Test Match Special
"We noticed in the last game that the pitch started to wear towards the end of the game. 399 was a big target but South Africa were up with the rate [when the rain came] so we know how dangerous they can be. Let's see how they bat on this one."
There's a fascinating package on Sky Sports, where Nasser Hussain and Graham Thorpe are putting Jonny Bairstow through his paces. Bairstow hits five of his six balls for six - including one off the toe of the bat. Hussain scuffs a couple inside the boundary and is then caught and bowled. He fails to hit a single six in an over of throw-downs.
It's looking quite exciting over in Wellington at the "Cake Tin", where New Zealand made 281-9 from their 50 overs in the second ODI against Australia.
The Aussies are 202-6 after 35 overs. David Warner made 98 at the top of the order, but their hopes now rest with Mitchell Marsh who is 35 not out.

Joshua Edwards: Only real change from an England team hammered 5-0 in the Ashes to success now is Trevor Bayliss, yet he never gets credit. Sad.

Anyway, how are you this morning?
Pumped for a massive weekend of sport? Premier League, one-day cricket, Six Nations, Super Bowl...
Let me tell you how to join in today: use #bbccricket, external or text us on 81111.
Lovely.
It's a lovely sunny day in Port Elizabeth. The hint of a breeze, but the whirlwind will come when England bat. We hope.
England captain Eoin Morgan, who has named an unchanged team: "I would have had a bat. It does look dry, but with the wind around it might swing and give opportunity to our opening bowlers.
"It might take turn batting second, but one of the challenges is to be able to adapt.
"If we had played a 50 over game the other night, we'd have been better for it but to start with a win was great."
South Africa captain AB de Villiers: "We lost a couple of wickets too many in the first game, but the top seven are all in good form. The pitch looks a little bit dry, but hopefully we'll take the opportunities that come our way and post a big total."
South Africa win the toss and will bat first.
And Kagiso Rabada returns to the Proteas team.
And now England's players are hot property. Like Jos Buttler, who this morning has been sold for £386,000 at the IPL auction.
Not a bad pay day. He'll play for Mumbai Indians, alongside New Zealand's Tim Southee. More on that later.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but this has got to be the best, most exciting batting line-up ever assembled by England in the shorter formats.
The sky's the limit. 400? No problem. 500? It'll happen.
Excitement comes in many forms:
Alpine ski-ing, jumping from aeroplanes and rock climbing.
A night out with Ian Botham.
Or 100 overs with England's one-day team...
