The most danger Winfield has faced thus far, being clouted under the armpit by a Beaumont straight drive. A few rubs and stretches and she is OK to continue. Inadvertently saved a certain boundary.

"The thing that's stuck out about this opening stand is that they got themselves in and then accelerated from six and seven overs on. They hit the bad balls, they've been powerful down the ground, it's been a wonderful partnership so far and they'll look to extend that. If I was there I'd be thinking 'fill my boots'."

A third consecutive over without a boundary as Yousuf keeps things relatively tight, although with the score over 100 for no loss that is very relative.

"Nida Dar's been one of their most consistent bowlers. She bowled in the Twenty20 World Cup as well. I faced her a little bit. She gets good momentum to the crease and is quite consistent as well. That's what Pakistan need now, consistency. But the way these two have batted it's proving difficult."
The spinners are doing a good job for the over-rate, although fetching the ball from the boundary takes up the time. There are none in this Dar over, however, the bespectacled spinner alert with her fielding off her own bowling, just the single scored from the over.
