Here's a video clip for Tammy Beaumont's family album - the quick single which brought the Kent opener her maiden ODI ton.
Captain Sana Mir brings herself back into the attack - keeping Sadia Yousuf's last over up her sleeve. Her opposite number, England skipper Heather Knight, is doing some stretching exercises in front of the England dug-out, she can be well pleased with her charges today. Elwiss nicks a four past the keeper, who then appeals for a stumping the next ball - but the square leg umpire doesn't even check upstairs. Strap yourselves in for the last 10 overs.
This is the moment Lauren Winfield, and her nearest and dearest, will treasure, when she reached her first international hundred.
There has been a change in the order as captain Heather Knight has not emerged at number four - it's the hard-hitting Natalie Sciver who has come out to join Georgia Elwiss.

"You wait 38 overs for a wicket and then two come in at the same time. That rarest of sights of being caught at fly slip or short third man. She's receiving very generous applause."
And as so often happens, one brings two. After smashing another four, Winfield's luck runs out when she swipes, gets an edge and is caught at short third man.

"She's batted really well. She's got out in a way which was needed for the team. They've got to keep going and get as many boundaries as is possible. Georgia's coming in now, she's more than capable of scoring boundaries. The other thing they can do is send Katherine Brunt or Nat Sciver ahead of Heather Knight. That will be interesting."
The England opening stand is finally broken as Beaumont tries to pull teenager Tariq through the leg side and is pouched on the long leg boundary. Departing to a warm standing ovation, she makes "keep going" motions to her partner Winfield as she departs.
Beaumont the new centurion blasts a first-bounce four through extra cover. Not happy viewing for Pakistan fans.
I wonder if England are considering changing their batting order in the event of a wicket falling? Send in Katherine Brunt to give it the long handle?

"These two will look to really take it to the Pakistanis. They'll want to pile on as many rans as possible, especially with what's to come in the dugout."

Beaumont, on 99, hits the ball straight to cover and goes for a quick single, dives for the crease... she's in!
The helmet's off, a quick kiss of the badge and then it's a hug from her opening partner. A superb couple of days for the Kent right-hander, who is averaging 170 this week.

"This is so exciting. There are so many records that could be broken, or could be thwarted. There is still a match to be won though before we get too obsessed with the numbers!"
Kent's Beaumont rolls her wrists to guide a single to mid-wicket, moving to 98. Winfield, the shackles released, is still hitting firmly down the ground. Beaumont drills one to long-on to reach 99, and for a split second there's a chance of an overthrow which would give her a hundred... but the throw is backed up. Keep those fingers crossed.
Now it's Beaumont's turn to close in on three figures - but she's winded momentarily when they run a quick single and she has to dive for the crease. No chance of her retiring hurt the way England are going, though.

"I'm loving this. Well done to her. She's hit over half her runs back straight. It's a brilliant way to get to a hundred."

Winfield clubs Yousuf over the top for a first-bounce four, that's her hundred!
It's come from 106 balls - the Yorkshire opener removes her helmet to acknowledge the crowd, but it's still a fairly muted celebration by modern standards, for a maiden international ton. There's more runs out there...
