  2. Watch: Take a bow, Natalie Sciverpublished at 13:55 British Summer Time 22 June 2016

I hope you're enjoying these video clips - we've been struggling to keep up with England's rampant batting.

Here's Nat Sciver reaching her fifty, on the way to an astonishing knock of 80 from 33 balls.

"This really marks a line in the sand for the new England. These two Beaumont and Winfield will think they've got a window. Now they know they've got a bit of a run and they're settling in nicely. This is a powerful lineup, you look down it and it's an exciting team."

"We've been privileged to see two centuries and just a wonderful display of power hitting from Natalie Sciver."

  5. wicket

WICKET - Sciver run out 80 (Eng 378-5)published at 50 overs

A comedic run-out ends a record-breaking innings! Wyatt pushes a single, but is then ball-watching when Sciver comes back for a second. There's momentary confusion over who's actually been dismissed as the bails are removed at the striker's end with both batters 22 yards away - but I reckon Sciver's out as Wyatt had never left her crease.

  6. That's a recordpublished at 49.5 overs

    Eng 377-4

A paddle-sweep for a single to fine leg means this England side are top of their own record books.

  7. Eng 376-4published at 49.4 overs

A single to mid-off equals England's highest ODI score.

  8. Eng 375-4published at 49.3 overs

Four more from Wyatt, a slog-sweep which bisects mid-wicket and long-on.

  9. Eng 371-4published at 49.2 overs

Wyatt guides the free hit ball for a scampered two towards cow corner - the second legitimate delivery is smashed through extra cover for four. Five to equal their highest ODI score, six to beat it. Four balls left.

  10. dropped catch

    Dropped catchpublished at 49.0 overs

    Eng 365-4

Captain Sana Mir's first ball is guided by Sciver to fine leg, where she's dropped - and it's also a no-ball which means Wyatt will face a free hit...

  11. Eng 363-4published at 49 overs

Asmavia's final delivery hits Danielle Wyatt on the pad, but it's a dot ball - Sciver will face the final over. With 78 from 31 balls, is a century even in the reckoning?

"Heather Knight's come in and just kept that momentum going. Yesterday she had a more measured innings, today it's been 26 off 14 at a fantastic rate. She's showing how dynamic her game can be. She's unfortunate to lose that wicket, but still exciting stuff from her."

  13. wicket

    WICKET - Knight b Asmavia 26 (Eng 363-4)published at 48.5 overs

Knight tries the unorthodox again, stepping across to the off side and shaping to ramp Asmavia over the keeper, but is bowled. England have seven balls left, and are 13 short of their highest ODI score.

  14. 6 runs

    Eng 362-3published at 48.2 overs

Natalie Sciver's punishment of Pakistan continues, as a straight six and a deftly swept four take her to a Buttler-esque 77 from 30 balls.

  15. Watch: Sciver smashes a sixpublished at 13:44 British Summer Time 22 June 2016

Here's one of Nat Sciver's sixes. They're coming so thick and fast, I haven't even got time to check which one it was...

  16. 6 runs

    Eng 348-3 (Sciver 67, Knight 26)published at 48 overs

Relief for Dar - a single brings Sciver off strike. But there's no hiding place as another slog-sweep, this time from Heather Knight, brings the third six of the over. Further humiliation arrives for Dar as Knight gets the reverse-sweep out of her locker, that's four more. She has 26 from 12 balls, Sciver has 67 from 28 - her highest ODI score.

Nida Dar is taking some punishment here - another slog-sweep brings Sciver her second successive six!

  19. 6 runs

The sixes keep coming - Sciver clears the ropes for the fourth time, launching the ball high into the sky over the Diglis End.
